I went there for a conference. The location is great as it’s close to New York and a shopping mall with the amazing Paradox Museum, restaurants, etc. All was fine.

A common problem with American hotels... The environment and facilities are average, the bed is comfortable, the window is large and the view is OK. But the most speechless thing is that the front desk is not familiar with the business, which caused a long delay in checking in the room and failed to check in smoothly.

Ah, it doesn’t feel very good. I don’t know if it’s because of cultural differences.

Great location to MetLife Stadium but that's about it. Our room came with a floor fan because the AC simply made noise. Our room was a balmy 78 when we checked out. I asked the front desk and the guy there claims that the cooling unit for that floor has been acting up. This isn't a new problem as we experienced it back in July of 2022 as well after a concert. So, heat and a lot of noise is what we got for our room after a long day. I would avoid this place from March through October since they are in no rush to fix the AC. Tke kicker is they claimed this was a refurbished room. Breakfast service was atrocious. No, you can't order from a menu. No, you can't get a second cup of coffee. Yes, you must track someone down just to get your check. I wonder how many people walk out without paying daily. It wasn't that busy but 4 people working the floor and zero attending to the customers. Small issue but since they don't have physical menus in the room for room service, you need to find the QR code. Instead of being on something that stands up, they put it on the table where the TV is and it blends in. $21 for a mediocre burger, served in a box was outrageous. Lastly, they advertise that they have EV charging. They have one. It's incredibly slow, requires an app I have never heard of and they charge $3 per hour in advance. No other app makes you pick a charging time and make you pay in full on time. I have stayed at several other Hiltons and they all seem to have 4 chargers with no fees. Also, sign says Chargepoint but it's not.
Response from Property: We apologize for the issues you experienced, and We appreciate your positive notes regarding our location.

Showered in freezing cold water, they were rude, sinks didn’t work down stairs, dosent answer when you call the lobby, no working ice machine on any floor. they told us the restaurant closed at midnight when we came down at 11:05 they kicked us right out and told us they didn’t have food.

The rooms are nice but the front desk staff is very indifferent. They did not even let me know about the F&B credit. This property is not worth calling itself a full Hilton. The parking was a bit shady for my tastes. I came in late evening, checked in, and went to dinner in another town. I left at 5:45 am the next day. To my surprise, they "inadvertently" charged me 31.66 at the Starbucks in the lobby. It wasn't even open when I left. It is strange how these franchisees nickel and dime you with these charges. Not sure what they get out of it. Now, I have to waste time and fight this charge. Why? Why do you guys do this?

As a Hilton Honors Member, I am appalled! The front desk agent was very rude! He did not welcome me properly nor did he thank me for being an Honors Member! I checked in online and selected a room. He gave me another room and told me I could not have the one I selected. When I asked why, he ignored the question. He then threw the bag of water across the counter at me and did not provide instructions as to how to get to the elevator or my room. This is disappointing! I’m glad I’m only here for two days.

I have always appreciated Hilton hospitality, but what I appreciated in this hotel was the availability, kindness and resolution of the problem by the reception staff Pia and Raul. They are wonderful people, always smiling, competent, available, prepared and sensitive to the needs of the customer. Thank you so much for being by my side and for the resolution of my problem.

I went to the restaurant entering the host *lidia* was amazing she welcomed us professionally we told her we wanted to sit at bar and she said sure no problem. We sit at the bar which we received horrible service we asked for a margarita and the bartender “amber” served us the margarita after 25 min of waiting (bar was not full) when I was ready for my second one I ask her to please not forget about us, I also ordered an order of calamari and she stated to me * I am not a bartender I am covering a double I am overwhelmed* ( never received my second margarita from her or my calamari’s) she called the manager over and expressed whatever she expressed to him and didn’t see her afterwards until the bar closed( yes I stayed until closing because manager was great ) Then we had Maribel at the bar I ordered my margs and calamari’s from her amazing person despite all that was going on she handled things professionally and didn’t give up on her job especially with people at the bar she remained calm and did what she needed to do to best assist us. manager Apollo was amazing he heard me out and assisted us in fact stayed at the bar to make sure things were getting done properly. I can not thank Apollo , Maribel & lidia enough because they made things so smooth for us
