Every time I come to Duyun, I book this hotel. It is very clean and the location is very good. Wanda Plaza is downstairs and the Teachers College is opposite. The service is very good. You can tell the aunt if you need anything.

I rarely give bad reviews, it's not easy for everyone, but this time I was really angry. First of all, the room size was 20 square meters, but in fact the room was extremely small, there was not even a table and chair for eating properly! The first time I went to see the room, it was also very small, so I asked the front desk if I could change to a smaller one, and then the front desk said that changing to a larger room would cost extra (speechless). My friend said it didn't have to be too big, just about the same as what we booked! He said yes, but I had to wait for the boss to arrange it! It was said to be forty minutes, but I waited for more than an hour, almost two hours, and he still didn't come! My friend is a good-tempered person and didn't say anything. Then he rushed to pick me up and said he would come back to see it in the evening. As a result, he came back at ten o'clock in the evening and said that he had changed the room haha, well, it was even smaller, and I almost hit the bed when I opened the door. There was no decent table and chair, so I sent a message to the boss, but the boss said that you are a special room or something, and a large room costs extra. I, I ask, can special rooms be fake and deceive consumers? Is it a sheep's head selling dog meat? And he also said that my friend said that the size doesn't matter as long as there is a window, haha! My friend was right next to me and he didn't even remember saying this. Haha, I'm speechless. He pushed the blame onto my friend again. You should have written clearly the size of the special room. You wrote 20 square meters, but the actual size may not be as big as 15 square meters (I'm not a professional, so I can't tell the area accurately, but it's really small). Then the boss called me~ but he was very gentle. On the surface, he was very nice. The content of the call was basically that I had been struggling with the 20 square meters issue, that the boss was not here today, and the staff didn't make the arrangements. He also said that the photos on the software were messed up, not that he did it himself, so the size was off. Haha! How hypocritical. He knew to call me to explain, but he didn't know to call the staff to make arrangements. He thought he could cheat as many as he could, right? He took advantage of my friend's good temper. Of course, the boss finally told us to move to the bigger room next door. It was already 11 o'clock, but we had already taken out our food and we were really tired and troubled after sitting in the car all day, so we refused. Secondly, the mat in the bathroom was extremely dirty, and there was a really smelly smell in that corner 🙂, I was really convinced. 🙂 Finally, I just want to say that if it is the merchant’s problem, don’t keep pushing the responsibility onto others! Consumers should not pay for your own mistakes.
