Dusseldorf Stadtbezirk 7-Gerresheim Hotels

There is a train station opposite the hotel, only 2 stops away from Dusseldorf Central Station, and it takes about 10 minutes to get there. It's similar to other hotels in Europe, no slippers, no toothbrushes, etc. Everything else is fine.

Very good, the location is near the commercial street, and it is quite close to the subway station. The young lady at the front desk was very good and I stayed in advance. The room has a separate shower but the toilet is outside, but it is also very convenient. There are not many breakfast styles but there is no problem with eating. 這是本次歐洲行，最貴的一個酒店，本來抱着很好的期待，最後是無盡的失望。 因為是歐洲盃去看球，這個酒店屬於凱悦集團，我非常信任凱悦，就定了套房。遇到了幾個問題，給大家避雷: 1這個酒店是法院改造的，非常特殊，所以進門的時候，行李全靠門廊小夥和自己提上去，我的行李很多很重，我認為這很不合理，也很費勁。 2我預訂是雙床行政套房，既沒有給雙床，酒店也沒有設定行政樓層。最後告訴我滿房了，不能調整。我提出給我加個床，來解決問題。 3打掃衞生不靠譜。卧室一個床，它還不乾淨，床頭枕頭下一個死蒼蠅，噁心壞了。我立刻告訴前台來換，也沒給補償。還是攜程靠譜，給我補償了幾百塊錢，表達心意。我覺得一個酒店衞生這麼差，也很難做的好。 4早餐食物發黴。早餐品種多，但都難吃。水果還發黴！這個真的醉了，噁心極了。品控一塌糊塗。 5早餐服務差。服務人員態度惡劣，愛答不理。這是其他酒店一點沒遇到的，這個酒店特別明顯。 6比賽當天不給用餐廳。7.6那天比賽日，我們去看球前，出發之前想去pitti 吃頓飯。結果告訴我，不給使用餐廳，原因不明！ 這個酒店如果一個晚上2000，我覺得也就算了，也就這點水準。拜託，這是6000多9一個晚上的酒店，這個服務水平也太差了吧！ 特別是死蒼蠅、發黴水果，噁心到家了！請大家抵制這個酒店，不要去！

location is A+. 2 minuite walk to the Heinrich underground station which takes you straight to the Messe. Hotel is nice. strange layout but its a medieval building so its part of the charm. Front desk leaves much to desire for a 5 star hotel. the room is ok. was given room 131. mattress was collapsed and definitely not commercial 5 star hotel standard.felt more of a foam cushion than a mattress with just 10 cm height of cushioning. i am 1.87 mtrs height and 110kgs. the mattress went concave when i lied down and my upper back muscles namely rhomboids and lats felt it badly in the morning. Advised the front desk who replied nothing can be done because all mattresses are like that. i don't insist or complain further if i am refused or rejected the first time i ask. on my checkout i advised front desk whose manager was present and i advised i was very happy with location but not with bed. i had no reply from her and she moved away stating in awe that no one had such an issue. on a positive note the breakfast operators who were very attentive and courteous at all times. for 950 euros for 3 nights i think they are very lacking in not being able to provide the basic hotel service of a good nights rest.

Das in der Düsseldorfer Altstadt gelegene Hotel mit seinen freundlichen Mitarbeitern und einem wunderbaren Frühstücksbuffet ermöglicht sowohl für Geschäftsreisende, als auch Touristen einen ausgeglichenen Tagesstart sowie entspannten Tagesausklang. Wir waren für eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Sport in Düsseldorf und kommen bei nächster Gelegenheit sehr gern wieder in dieses gastfreundliche Hotel zurück. Herzlichen Dank 😊 Sehr empfehlenswert 👍
