Very unprofessional. I don't know why so many Chinese people choose this hotel. I paid for my breakfast when I booked on Ctrip. After arriving at the hotel, I was asked to pay for another 20 euro breakfast. When I left the hotel, I asked the front desk to send me the invoice by email, but I haven't received it yet.

This hotel is unexpectedly good, spacious, comfortable and very clean. The front desk staff is great. My English is not very good, but the communication was joyful and everyone was very happy. We also saw our Huawei in Düsseldorf, which was great. The Deer Park is worth a visit.

Excellent location, and friendly staff. Good time and convenient for my business trip. We hope to stay at this hotel again for our next business trip. Recommend. The room is clean and good.

The hotel environment and breakfast are very good, the price/performance ratio is quite high, the faucet bracket was broken during the stay

The hotel was very nice and the facilities (including a good restaurant) are really great and we were happy that we were allowed to bring our dog. The only minor 'downside' of hotel is that the location is a bit uninspiring and that there aren't many free of charge parking spots available nearby (the hotel parking is not cheap at 20 Euros per night). The hotel is very well located for going by car or tram to downtown Düsseldorf or to go to the airport by car. Taxis also run very frequently from the front of the hotel. When making the booking of the room I did not see in advance that there would be a 10 Euros charge for our dog, but maybe I missed that myself. The 10 Euros charge was no problem and is fair enough, but it's always good to know in advance. Overall spoken we were completely satisfied with our experience though and we would definitely come here again.

位置極好，雖然晚上有點兒吵，但是住在城裡的意義也在此，窗户隔音很好，房間馬馬虎虎，設施陳舊，插座的臟達到了人生見過的極限，毛巾洗浴倒是全部都有，床單至少是乾淨了，考慮到這個位置，性價比就算是可以吧，開車過來可以導：Kunsthalle，停車費也不貴

Very good, the location is near the commercial street, and it is quite close to the subway station. The young lady at the front desk was very good and I stayed in advance.
