It's a new building, so it's clean and tidy! There's a walking path right behind the hotel where you can jog lightly, and it's also fun to look at the surrounding buildings. The quality of the breakfast served every day was also good. Even if you just toast the bread, it's delicious! It takes 20 minutes to walk to Dusseldorf Central, and 15 minutes to the main shopping street. It's a great value for money, so I'd like to stay here again next time I go.

The room I booked with Ctrip included breakfast, but when I got there for breakfast, they said there was no breakfast. I contacted Ctrip, but they couldn't help me... They asked me to pay first and then refunded the money to Ctrip's wallet, which was 25 euros, and the hotel charged the same. But when I looked back at the Ctrip booking, the price was more than 25 euros, including or not including breakfast... This is hard to explain... It was a bad experience... When I checked out, they said they couldn't issue the bill for the time being and the account was unclear. I will use Ctrip less when traveling abroad in the future...

It's located on a quiet, cosy street within walking distance of the main attractions.
The room was huge, with a fully equipped kitchen and three small balconies, and the bathroom was also large.
The room was clean and well soundproofed, considering that our room was located near the lift - we did not hear any extraneous noises.
The room had three large windows, which could be closed from the outside with automatic blinds.

BBAOLONGHelped colleagues who went abroad to book this hotel. Because the booking must be paid with a visa card, and the colleague in charge of the booking happened to have no visa credit card, so I came to help the booking and deducted the money the next day after booking (note: not freezing the pre-sale right, but according to Direct deduction of the marked costs). Since the hotel is in Germany, the settlement is in Euros, and through my vasa dual-currency credit card, I deducted US dollars from the credit card. For the three houses I booked (divided into two bookings), USD 398.67 and USD 670.36 were deducted.
But what I didn’t expect was that when my colleague arrived in Germany and checked into the hotel, the store said, “The cardholder who deducted the room payment is not there. What if he doesn’t recognize the deduction?” (Actually, when I booked the room, After entering the three digits on the back of the credit card, it means that the payment is accepted. This is an internationally accepted method.) Therefore, the store resolutely requires the guest, that is, my colleague to repay the money on the spot, and promises to deduct my room fee Return it to me.
Two days later, the room rate returned. However, due to changes in the exchange rate between the Euro and the U.S. dollar, the store returned the money to me in Euros and automatically converted to U.S. dollars for settlement on my card. They were only 380.54 U.S. dollars and 639.88 U.S. dollars respectively. In other words, for the two bookings, the USD refunded to me was 48.61 USD less than when the payment was deducted a few days ago!
When booking with Ctrip, it was clearly stated that it was a direct deduction, but the store did not admit it. This caused me to lose nearly 50 US dollars for no reason, equivalent to nearly 400 yuan! Please Ctrip to solve it and compensate me for my unprovoked loss!

GGuest UserThe room looks differently as on the picture. Dark, small and very noisy since our room was right in front of the street. Under the bed there were very many ”surprises”, as probably no one has cleaned it right. Personal was still very nice and friendly. Wifi was MEGA bad. If you travel business then better in another hotel. Eating was so. Sorry, there is no hot chocolate.
