We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. After it took 20 minutes to find us in the system, things didn't get any better. It's very noisy, there's only a small trash can in the bathroom, the previous guest's contact lenses were still stuck to the bedside table (see picture), there's no safe and our "do not disturb" sign was simply ignored. That's just unprofessional and unacceptable. Charging such a price for such a bad room is unacceptable. The only positive thing was the location.

It's pretty good. The front desk staff are also very friendly. La la la la la la la, it's really good... Breakfast every day is also very good... I especially like to eat pears, very fresh and delicious!

Noise isolation was really bad, I could easily hear people next door speaking, woke up couple of times because of the noices. The pillows were really thin and very uncomfortable. The location was very central, the tram station is in front of the door and the main station is very close. The room was clean but had a weird smell like ashtray. I also think for this price they should be able to put at least a pair of disposable slippers and glass to drink water. In general it was okay but I think for their prices it could be better

Personal super freundlich, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit super! Frühstück auch gut nur leider wenig Körnerbrötchen. Nur das Bad war leider nicht richtig geputzt das war ecklig schade...
