H2 Hotel Duesseldorf City Reviews

Great place but terrible staff. They wanted to charge me 20 euros for 4 hours parking but I ended up paying 20 euros because I stayed 4 hours only (from 5 AM to 9 AM). Arrogant staff at the reception desk. They treat people based on ethnicity... No professional service for none European looking guests.

It was a perfect stay in Düssseldorf. It is a bit farther away from the main city, so it is pretty calm and relaxed. The room was clean, and breakfast was nice.

The facilities are complete, the cleanliness and hygiene are top-notch, the environment is pleasant, and the service is excellent. It's a great choice for business trips.

Our hotel room was very nicely decorated. However, it was not clean enough. There were crumbs on the floor. The full-length mirror and shower cabin were full of water stains. The toilet smelled of urine. Breakfast was good. The reception staff were smiling and helpful. Check-in time is at 15:00. If you want to check in early, you have to pay 10 Euros. It is 2 km away from the train station. Uber from the hotel to the train station costs 5 Euros. I think the cleaning was rushed, otherwise I recommend it as a nice hotel.

The location and environment are OK. The breakfast buffet is not innovative

As a solo traveler, the room was good. The TV across the bed wasn't ideal. The shower was clearly visible in the room and the light in the toilet didn't turn on separately. Then the room was bright. It doesn't matter if you sleep alone in the room.

I was quite surprised. It was similar to an apartment in China, very clean, with complete kitchen appliances and facilities. I could cook my own meals. It was nice to have such a hotel abroad where I could cook an authentic Chinese meal.

The room is simple but clean and new. The breakfast is very good with a wide variety of hot foods, which is very suitable for Chinese stomachs.

I booked this hotel temporarily. I arrived at midnight and was able to check in. They treated Chinese very well. I will continue to choose this hotel when I come to Dusseldorf in the future.
