This is a chain store similar to a B&B. This building is a century-old culturally protected building that has been renovated. It looks old on the outside but new on the inside. Not suitable for people who like to enjoy hotel services. You need to get your own keys when checking in at the hotel. Customer service speaks German, English and French. The hotel is clean and the location is great. There is a parking space at the door. As soon as you go out, across the road is the Rhine River Park. On the left is the Rhine TV Tower, Düssel's landmark building. Very suitable for couples to vacation.

Sehr schönes, sauberes, gut ausgestattetes und großzügiges Appartement. Gehobener Standard, stylische Möbel. Es ist zentral gelegen (fußläufig zur Stadt). Eine tolle Aussicht. Der Check in war reibungslos. Würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.

The Red ist zentral gelegen, aber trotzdem ruhig. In nur wenigen Minuten ist man in der Altstadt, an der Königsallee oder am Rhein. Wir haben uns im historischen Gebäude sehr wohl gefühlt und der Check-in verlief einwandfrei. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Mein Apartment hatte sogar einen Blick auf den Rhein und auch die Altstadt war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Check-In funktionierte einwandfrei und auch Rückfragen vor Anreise wurden mir direkt und sehr zufriedenstellend beantwortet. Wenn ich das nächste Mal beruflich oder auch privat in Düsseldorf bin, komme ich gerne wieder.

Wir haben ein Wochenende in Düsseldorf verbracht und nach einer Unterkunft abseits der gängigen Hotellandschaft gesucht. Das THE RED hat uns hier absolut überzeugt und unsere Erwartungen erfüllt! Wir haben gut geschlafen und die zentrale Lage am Rheinturm für uns genutzt, um essen zu gehen. Das Einchecken und Auschecken auch abseits der Rezeptionszeiten hat bestens geklappt und auch im Vorhinein wurden unsere Fragen per E-Mail umgehend beantwortet. Die Einrichtung der Apartments hat uns ebenfalls zugesagt und gut gefallen. Daher kurzum: Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt - wir kommen gerne wieder 😀

Schönes historisches Gebäude, innen hohe Decken und Kassettentüren für Altbauliebhaber. Stylisch eingerichtet und gepflegt. Gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile und bequeme Betten, Perfekt für einen Kurztrip ins Zentrum von Düsseldorf, direkt am Medienhafen und gegenüber des Landtags. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles Gebäude, direkt am Fernsehturm. Abbildungen geschönt und toll inszeniert. Leider extrem schlechte Matratzen (man spürt die Metallspiralen im liegen!), billigstes Bettzeug, seltsamer stechender und übel riechender Geruch, der selbst beim lüften nicht verschwindet. Würde nicht noch einmal hier buchen.

Lovely, cosy, fully equipped apartment located a short walk into town.
Great communication from the owner.
Points to note however:
There were none of the “Gold member” items given (advertised when booking). No microwave and no extra pillows.
