Schönes, kleines familär geführtes Hotel mit nostalgischer Einrichtung in zentraler Lage direkt an der U-Bahn. Gutes Frühstück, alles mit sehr viele Liebe angerichtet. Weniger schön waren die Hellhörigkeit des Hotels, im Zimmer im Souterrain hat man sogar das Ausräumen der Spülmaschine in der Küchen oberhalb gehört. Gleiches gilt für den durch die U-Bahn übertragenen Schall. Gut geschlafen haben wir in beiden Nächten nicht.

Lokasyon iyi.Otelin ambiyansı şık ve klasik .Oda çok ferah ve keyifle conforla konaklamamıza olanak verdi.Adeta bir müze de kalıyormuşuz hissi bizim hoşumuza gitti.Yardımsever otel görevlisine teşekkür ederiz.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are beautiful. Beds are comfy. Rooms are very specially decorated and are spacious.
However - the water was hot /cold which made the shower terrible. Our room had no toilet paper or Kleenex and the front desk lady left. I had to go looking for some. The next morning the staff wanted to charge me for parking ( which was free for me) and a room upgrade ( which was offered to me the night before ).
The morning staff and the evening staff don’t communicate.
A nice hotel but there seems to be staffing problems

Wonderful hotel room
It's a wonderful stay. The room is nice, cute, and clean. The staff are very friendly. We had a great stay at Windsor hotel. Beyond our expectation :)
Also the breakfast is very nice. Every morning we enjoyed great choices and had our breakfast in bright well-decorated dining hall :)
