If you are staying for few days and you need to be close to the train station is a good option. Bare in mind the hotel has not all the room adapted if you have a disability and you are not able to use the stairs. Make sure you informed them so they will give you a room that you can access using the lift. Breakfast was ok.

Cleanness and location is good

The location was good, not far away from the train station. But at night at 3p.m., there were some gangsters outside making noise and loud music. I have called the front desk to ask if it is possible to call the police but the front desk answer was no, there was nothing they can do. We could only change to another room, but at 3 p.m. wearing pyjama, we really didn't want to change anymore... Also, there was no airconditioning so it was extremly hot, that's why we opened our window but the noise outside was horrible

This hotel is located very close to the station, and I was very satisfied with the price and service. The staff were also very friendly. I would like to use this hotel again when I come to Düsseldorf.

It's a slightly old-fashioned type of hotel. It's a foreign chain hotel, so it was different from what I expected, and I was a little disappointed. But it was cheap, so I guess it was worth the price. The room was clean, the shower was hot, and there were no problems with the stay. I did a lot of work on the computer, so I was grateful that there was a light on the table. The desk was a little small, but if you don't plan on doing a lot of work, it's not a problem at all. I was happy that there was a kettle and cups provided.

When I entered the hotel, there was no one at the reception, but when they heard me enter they immediately came out. The receptionist was polite and I was able to check in without any problems. There was a refrigerator with drinks near the reception, so I could quench my thirst without going outside.

The name of this hotel is very funny and the location is very good. However, the soundproofing of this hotel is not very good. We can hear the music played by the guests downstairs clearly, which is not very good, but fortunately it is not too noisy at night. If the price is right, this hotel can be considered

Overnight stay for the Christmas market. Then the location is good. Furthermore, we are not satisfied with the hotel. The bathroom was full of mold. We had booked breakfast, but there was no table available so we had to wait fifteen minutes until a table became available. By the way, we weren't the only ones who had to wait. When we were finally able to sit down, the buffet was no longer replenished. There was no bread left, while it would still be possible to have half an hour's breakfast. Never had such a bad experience.

In itself a normal place to stay overnight, you shouldn't expect too much. Interior not the most modern. Parking fees had to be paid extra, even though the hotel advertises parking facilities. There were also problems at the reception because of parking, as nothing Richie was entered at check-in. Too expensive in my opinion for what is offered. Dust cm thick on the cupboards.
