Very good, highly recommended!
It was my first time in Düsseldorf, and I booked it knowing it was a chain hotel. The environment was very good and exceeded my expectations. I also met engineers from the airline who were staying in the hotel, which means the hotel environment must be very good.

Avoid black shops! Very bad, extremely unsafe. You need to report your room number when you eat breakfast in the hotel restaurant, but a thief came in and your bag was stolen in less than a minute. Five guests' bags were stolen in one morning! The staff was extremely indifferent, and the front desk refused to cooperate in reporting the case until a lady's bag was stolen from the European tour group and everyone gathered in the lobby!
I asked for proof of overseas travel insurance and bank statements, but they were also very uncooperative! The front desk manager actually gave feedback: I didn't see the thief steal your bag!
