Iliria Internacional Hotel

My parents traveled from London. We had booked weeks in advance through email. Was written many times all inclusive. My parents went today and the were treated so badly from the staff saying they eated to much therefore they had to pay more. As my father showed them the email, their excuse war that someone from the staff did a mistake and they were not all inclusive. No apologies, only bad behaviour. They charged my parents for the night as they were not going to stay any more in that place. 160 € for sleepinf and having lunch(2 people). My parents felt so bad and so unsafe that they left the room without sleeping there at all. It was shameful. You are robers. Its such a shame that after being 2 years away from Albania this was there experience( my parents are 70 years old and were completely alone there. Shame!!! Dont go in that place.

Cleaners mess with your personal belongings We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and the overall impression was disappointing for the following reasons: - The cleaners messed and used our stuff. We noticed they carved a whole in a lip balm that we had new. They also took out floss and wrapped it around the case. This made us feel very uncomfortable to leave our personal items in the room, to a point of putting away even our tooth brushes in the safe. We told reception about the two occurrences and we put us a a very awkward situation, calling the cleaners and forcing us to confront them, instead of dealing themselves with the situation. The manager didn’t talk to us about this at all. - You have to leave your keys unguarded at reception every time you leave the room. Anyone can take the keys when they are absent and open the room. - We felt that we were always being observed. The reception ladies are very curious. They were more friendly to me than to my partner, rarely directing the word to her, making her feel uncomfortable. - The room was not cleaned properly. There was always hair left on the floor. - The bathroom main lights were broken. We ask them to fix them and nobody did anything. Then we read reviews that it has been broken for months. - The balcony chair was also broken. - Breakfast was poor. They didn’t cover the food from the flies. Good points: - Comfortable bed. - high pressure shower.

Nice room nice view nice staff

Bad experience! When paying by card, the price is higher by 3% for accommodation and 10% in the restaurant. The mirror in the toilet is unusable, water is leaking from the shower faucet, the furniture is old... Only excelent location and friendly staff.
