terrible experience 450 ALL one redbull, 400 ALL a beer what a scandal prices for Albania, the y offer nothing, prices are high, services not. I do not recommend to anyone at all. Do not make a mistake ordering this hotel. What can I write more ???

Very good hotel, just a small problem with the television, we waited and no one came. Clean room, but choose the view because the courtyard side is really not interesting. The spa was great, the pool a little cool. Hearty breakfast. Friendly staff. Underground parking. Outdoor pool too cold at this time of year.

Staff not up to par, rude. Poor food, diarrhea salad. Mattress and sheets dirty with urine. Called reception but nothing to do. Breakfast good but worse than other years. Unprepared waiters.

Well, well, well. What an absolutely fantastic hotel. Asked for an upgrade and was given one free The room was extremely spacious, the bed huge and one of the most comfortable. Staff very curteous and friendly. Fantastic location overlooking the Adriatic. Bar prices cheaper than town, and excellent choice of breakfast. For what we paid, we got over and above what we expected, and would not hesitate in stayi g here again. Ticked all our boxes, and more.

A very nice hotel. But we were in the restaurant, and the food here is quite tasty. The main thing for me is of course the atmosphere, it's really beautiful here. I took off the rating for the bad Wi-Fi. Nice pool and beach. Lots of greenery around. Nice staff, they don't like to rush here.

AVOID. Not a 5* hotel, maybe a 2 star. We left after 2 days. Everything was broken, even the indoor pool (check the pics of the knob of my room, with 2 holes covered with napkins) I showed this to the manager and he had the face to tell me "why didn't you say it before?" Like if it was my fault that everything was broken! Do your job! You should know! The second day we left and they refunded us. The bathroom was also disgusting, dirt everywhere. Disaster place. The manager is a baby that needs to grow up and the rest of the staff is also awful. If you find someone nice there is because they are expecting you leave a tip.

Great hotel in Durres. Clean, modern and spacious rooms, equipped with all comforts. Really rich breakfast from sweet to savory! One of the most complete I have ever seen. Private beach equipped with towels, umbrella and sunbeds. The sea is not the best, but we knew that when we booked; for us Durres was simply a stop to break up the hours of driving on our trip and to relax in the spa. The spa is nice, perhaps in need of some fixing in some places, but still excellent for a bit of relaxation. I recommend the massages they offer because they are exceptional. For those who have to make a stop in Durres this hotel in my opinion is the best!

Beautiful hotel, super nice pool, good food and very friendly staff!! Located near the sea and lively promenade! You can reach the promenade by foot within 10 minutes walk. There are also many restaurants nearby where you can eat well.

Booked hotel 3 months in advance. Turns out, no kids club so I requested to cancel which they accepted (but telling me bank will deduct "fees and commission") they took the money out of my credit card when I booked - 4 weeks later, they have still not returned the monies. I've had to email around 10 times with very few responses, none in past 2 weeks. when I called, they didn't answer for days and when they finally answered, the reception was terrible (mobile only as main phone never answered) I now have to pursue them via my credit card company. Avoid like the plague. Truly terrible, bordering on criminal.
