We stayed at the hotel during 2 different nights, a forth night apart. Easy to find, and the best feature is the free car parking. During the first night we had a quiet room, probably renovated, with a fridge but no coffee facilities. Relatively simple breakfast. Very friendly and helpful personal. During our second stay we had a non renovated room, along the street. Street noise until late in the night. In the middle of the night we ran out of toilet paper. In the morning we asked for it, and after quite a while a pack of paper napkins was brought… The location along the road is its best but also worst feature because of the infernal road traffic. All in all, the ratio quality/price is not that good.

Wir verbrachten nur eine Nacht im Nais Hotel, würden aber sofort wiederkommen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem ist es nachts ruhig. Überwältigend ist das riesige Frühstücksbuffet. Die meisten Speisen kommen aus Albanien, daneben tischt die Gastgeberin aber auch ein paar italienische Köstlichkeiten auf.

A very nice hotel, with a good location close to everything in Durres. The beach, which is not very nice, is only 5 min away, the amphitheater is 2 min away, and the center is just behind the corner. The staff is very friendly and english speaking. We had parking right in front of the entrance, and a balcony with a tiny sea-view. The room, the bathroom and the beds were fine.

I discovered this small hotel by chance while trying to find a place for the night. The hotel is beautiful, tastefully decorated and made me feel at home almost instantly. Staff that I encountered during the several times I was in and out of the hotel vas very professional and courteous. This is a family owned business as I learned, and everyone serving the guests treated me as part of the family! A great display of excellent Albanian hospitality values! I look forward coming back at NAIS! Thank you for the experience.

Soggiorno di due settimane per lavoro. La gentilezza, educazione e disponibilità dei titolari e del personale sono davvero rari. L'hotel è semplice, pulito. In posizione centrale e strategica. Ogni giorno in frigo vengono rifornite due bottiglie di acqua. La colazione ricca e mista dolce/salato, con molte pietanze cucinate dai titolari, la signora è un'ottima cuoca. 10 e lode per tutto ció che ha proposto. I bagni sono un po datati ma vi sono lavori in corso. Siamo stati davvero bene e consiglio a chiunque di soggiornare in questo piccolo, semplice ed accogliete hotel. Spero un giorno di poterci tornare :) Serena

Hotel confortevole, dove ti senti subito a tuo agio, come se fossi a casa tua. Il personale e i proprietari conoscono perfettamente l'italiano e sono stati molto gentili e disponibili nell'illustrarci le usanze albanesi, i luoghi da visitare, le pietanze tipiche. Mi sembra che questa sia stata un'ottima scelta per esplorare una terra a noi così vicina ma ancora sconosciuta e molto bella. Sicuramente ci tornerò in Albania e in quell'Hotel

Dit hotel leek hagelnieuw. Het ligt in een zijstraat van de HS-51 die over gaat in de Bulevardi Epidamn (5e weg links richting de haven). Het is van alle gemakken voorzien, lift, koelkast en airco. De beheerder was erg vriendelijk, maar sprak gebrekkig Engels maar wel Intaliaans. Het taalprobleem werd opgelost door een Skipeverbinding met iemand, die wel Engels sprak. Het onbijtbuffet was supergoed, er waren allerlei lekkernijen en je kon zelfs je eigen eitje bakken. SUPER!

Smashing hotel. Neat, homely room with a view over the colourful port and old rooftops. Right by the main town square and seafront streets but quiet and has its own parking. Really friendly family-run place, helpful staff. Excellent, particularly at something like €45 per night. Good memory of this place.
