Una vera perfezione di servizio, personale sempre sorridente e molto accoglienti, stanze belle e pulite con vista stupenda, il cibo e molto buno con gusto raffinato , meglio che in Italia! Una raccomandazione a tutti quelli che vogliono venire a Durazzo!

Hotel is great, amazing food, great clean rooms, but BARTENDERS needs to be changed or at least management should tell them to be nice to guests and how to pour a beer! Rude and not smiling at all, they have a tip box there and no tips at all, wondering why.

13 jours dans cette hôtel dont 2 nuits dans le sud . Chambres spacieuses et modernes . Buffet bof pas terrible nous étions en al exclusive . Piscine mal entretenue et la cerise sur le gâteau le personnel de la réception a la femme de ménage aux serveurs du bar du restaurant aucun des employés n est fait pour travailler en hôtellerie pas de sourire , pas de bonjour on a l impression de déranger dès notre arrivée. Il est très très loin des 5 étoiles ayant voyagé dans plusieurs pays il se situe plus dans les 3 étoiles

Hotel was very good.Glad that i spent my holidays here.The cleaning was very good.The cleaning lady on my floor was great .The staff was very helpful.The place where the hotel is located was perfcect.To go to the sea it takes only 1 minute.Very nice food and it was different so we wouldnt get bored .I give it a 10/10

i had the best time here everything was good .The beach was very fund the sand was clear because the guy cleared it a lot.The staff here was great The food even better.It was worth it for 5 star hotel because it was very organised and with very good trained staff.10/10

I wanna start this review by saying that the 5 star that this hotel has is deserved.The staff the food the cleaning the place the sea EVERYTHING was great.I haven’t been in a hotel bette than this when everything was so organized.Everyday they had planned something to entertain us which was a very + for them.I had a great time there .I suggest this hotel to everyone who is coming to Albania

This hotel is the best one I have ever been.I was there with friends and had the best time there.The place was amazing.The pool was great to swim.The cleaning was everyday and it was perfect.The reception was great and very helpful.The food is delicious and we loved it.First time but not the last.

A big wow for this hotel.It was super organized.Everything was perfect.tThe staff helped me a lot to know about the place there and what to do especially the reception.Had great food there and never got bored.The beach was bery clear and very beautiful .Can not wait to be back again.
