My fiancée and I visited this hotel early this September. From the photos we thought this hotel would be great. The hotel room we were staying in was small and directly under the rooftop pool. One day someone broke the railing in the pool and hotel staff was fixing it during the night so we barely got any sleep. From the bathroom there is a disgusting smell coming. The smell is really really bad. The cleaning ladies for a whole week we stayed there didn’t even wash the floors in the bathroom, nothing I don’t know if that’s normal in Albania but not really acceptable. They mostly only did the bed, the floors in the rooms were spot mopped. The pool was ok, small but clean however sun beds have seen better days and some of them were moldy. We bought the all inclusive package however I strongly suggest not to get it. The alcoholic drinks were such bad quality. We also didn’t get battled water in our hotel. The “private” beach is located about 300m away from the hotel, there is also located the hotel restaurant where for the food package we had to go for every meal except for the breakfast. A bit confusing for us. The food options were limited. Nearly everyday the same type of food. The beach is very dirty itself, so much trash it’s ridiculous. The sun beds at the beach same quality as in the rooftop pool. The 4 stars the hotel has has to be some kind of joke. It deserves maybe 2 at the most.

We had a drink on the terrace of the Private Beach. The staff is very rude to customers. We ask for a cocktail menu, he just answers NO with a contemptuous air. We therefore ask for a free Cuba without knowing if they have it. 30 seconds later I see that there is a sign with 3 cocktails so we immediately decide to have a mojito instead of the cuba libre the waiter has not even arrived at the bar when we ask him to change. He slams his notebook on the bar and huffs. I have never seen a waiter as rude as him in a bar outside Albania. Very bad experience!!!

Beautiful hotel. The royal rooms are spacious and clean. Food good. Nice hotel service. I don't know where these negative opinions come from, we liked it very much. 300m to the beach. There is a clean swimming pool with warm water on the roof.

I do not recommend this hotel. Someone (propably room service) stole money from our room! It is UNACCEPTABLE !!! Of course the hotel did nothing about it. I will not come back there. Also when you have all inclusive coffie and tea are only for breakfast. Beside of that it was ok, but stealing someone property from private room is just disgousting…

I do not recommend! The hotel itself is very nice, the service is very nice, the private beach is great. And that's it. The all inclusive option is a tragedy. The food was terrible, after the third day we started eating out. Breakfasts are a disaster and lunches and dinners are terrible, always the same and if it doesn't work out, it's changed to something else. There are only 5 dishes to choose from and the same ones over and over again. Bland and tasteless. The gin and vodka tragedy drinks tasted the same as poor quality moonshine. Good beer, poured in 100 ml cups. We compared other hotels and it was nothing like all inclusive. Nice hotel, but no catering option.

Stay away from this hotel! This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. First of all the room we got was not as described when we booked. We booked a family room that should have 2 bedrooms, but there was only One bedroom and another room with 2 beds. There where no table and chairs and the balcony was just a joke. When we checked in the room was very dirty , all over, also the bed linen. When we complained the next morning they did not even bother to clean it, and after 8 hours at the beach we came back to the same filthy dirty room. The Staff was rude and what the owners would compensate us was one free lunch 🤬 The whole family was extremely disapointed and we left after 2 of our 7 nights - it was just awful. It seems that they try to save money on every part in their business, and the included breakfast was the worst we have ever had on a hotel. It is a shame that they Are allowed to rate this crap as a 4-star hotel. We noticed that almost every of the other guests also complained about some things about their stay. Do yourself a favor and do not book a stay at this 1-star hotel. The only positive thing we have to say is that the beach bar is decent. (But the beach restaurant was as crappy as all the rest)

Opcja all inclusive w Hotelu Empire to jedna wielka kpina , ona po prostu tam nie istnieje .Kawa , herbata tylko do śniadania , brak wody butelkowanej , alkohol to wstrętny bimber , raki . Zamawiasz gin dostajesz raki ,whisky - raki , wódkę - raki .......... etc . tylko w innej barwie . Posiłki niewyszukane , powtarzalne , mierne . Lody , przekąski nieosiągalne . Brak jakichkolwiek animacji i atrakcji . Bar przy plaży Beach nie obsługuje opcji all inclusive . Barmani ,kelnerzy z łapanki . Także lepiej wykupić tylko pobyt . Hotel ładny , atrakcyjnie położony , dość czysty . Plaża piaszczysta , leżaki i parasole w cenie . Brak ręczników .

I advise everyone not to visit this hotel. I'll start with the positives because there are really few of them. The hotel service at the reception is very polite, and the room also has well-functioning air conditioning. So many positive sides. Food is the biggest failure and actually the risk of poisoning. The same meals from previous days appear in new versions. For example, pasta served every day is mixed with sausages from breakfast the next day and served for lunch, and after a few hours it becomes a casserole for dinner. There are no snacks between scheduled hours. Coffee or tea is available only with breakfast, and also from a shoddy coffee machine like 20 years ago. In a country famous for its tradition of drinking coffee... Alcohols served in the all-inclusive option are diluted to the max, served with the cheapest drinks from supermarkets. There are few sunbeds by the pool, and it's hard to find a place on the beach due to reservations and sales of sunbeds by the hotel staff. They are paid 10-20 euros by people from outside Empire, which limits the number of places for guests. The bathroom was never cleaned or vacuumed in the room during our week-long stay. The cleaning service does not speak foreign languages and is limited to replacing towels and paper. The hotel saves money at every step, regardless of the guests and their health. No respected and reputable operator like TUI should send anyone to such a place.
