Hôtel médiocre plus d'animation en septembre donc super triste les repas pas du tout diversifier toujours la même chose obliger d'aller manger ailleurs par contre Ben le réceptionniste était à l'écoute et super sympa contrairement au responsable non disponible pour les ses clients à fuir

Chambre avec vue sur la mer, literie confortable, clim, balcon....buffet diversifié avec légumes de saison : courgettes, tomates, aubergines, poivrons- 4 choix de plat principal : veau, porc et poissons- seul bemol les desserts : fruits sans goûts et desserts hyper sucrés ... mais cependant super séjour

Bonjour nous voyageons beaucoup en Europe , en Asie et en Afrique . Nous voulions découvrir l'Albanie et notre agence nous a trouvé cet hôtel club. La nourriture est plus que convenable, mets différents , légumes frais, plusieurs desserts ,fromages et fruits bons. La propreté de l'hôtel est à souligner. Les personnels sont disponibles pour un renseignement où un désir. Accès à la plage directement en sortant de l'hôtel. Pour le prix très abordable ( on n'est pas dans un palace comme certains le voudrait quand je lis les commentaires ) mais un très bon hôtel, qui a été refait à neuf en 2024. Lors de notre séjour du 04/09/2024 au 11/09 j'ai été surpris du silence dans cet établissement la nuit. L'équipe d'animation Marion , Alexendra et chichi (la boss ) sont des jeunes femmes pleines d'énergie d'idées et de sourires .

Es Impresentable Nos pasó de todo, empezando porque nos llevaron a otro hotel k tienen en construcción sin ascensor, no al Perandor Beach al lado de la playa. Las habitaciones nos las dieron sin limpiar muy muy sucias y después de pedirles varias veces que lo hicieran lo conseguí cinco dias después; el buffet básico, las bandejas donde ponían los vasos del buffet absolutamente llenas de suciedad, etc etc etc Podría pasar mucho tiempo describiendo cosas y situaciones y llevo 25 años viajando por el mundo.

Nos pasó de todo, empezando porque nos llevaron a otro hotel que tienen en construcción sin ascensor, no al Perandor Beach al lado de la playa. Las habitaciones nos las dieron sin limpiar muy muy sucias y después de pedirles varias veces que lo hicieran lo conseguí cinco dias después; el buffet básico, las bandejas donde ponían los vasos del buffet absolutamente llenas de suciedad, etc etc etc Nada amables en la recepción. Podría pasar mucho tiempo describiendo cosas y situaciones y llevo 25 años viajando por el mundo.

Actualmente en el hotel en modo todo incluido. Descontenta porque no es lo contratado. Habitaciones en otro edificio en una calle con mal aspecto cuando el edificio principal, el hotel propiamente dicho, es el que está en la avenida. Solo disponemos de una tarjeta para las habitaciones, un calor horrible y no podemos aclimatar la habitación para la noche. El ascensor no funciona, faltan básicos como alfombra para la ducha o vasos. Ayer otra persona que se aloja aquí pidió la hoja de reclamaciones y no la tenían “a mano”…. En fin… Espero que la cosa mejore Las habitaciones están bien, pero tiene pinta de que acaban de abrir el edificio y aún no tienen los servicios que ofertan

Félicitations à l’équipe d’animation Jumbo et également à l’accueil qui est plus que très agréable. Un plus pour la direction vraiment accueillante et bienveillante. Un séjour très sympa à refaire sans hésitations. Proche du centre ville et d’une station de bus pratique pour les ballades.
