super accueil, super service, tous les employés sont vraiment très aimables et souriants. Un grand merci à Arsenol, ayet, rexhina, rani et kleo pour tout ce qu’ils ont fait pour nous pour qu’on passe de bonnes vacances. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel.

Complexe très agréable pour des vacances en famille. Une piscine principale oú on trouve facilement des transats. L’expérience Level est super avec rooftop avec piscine ! Les restaurants à la carte sont très bons. Le buffet permet de satisfaire les goûts des petits et des grands. Le kids club est sympathique dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de jeux aquatiques.

Un buen hotel para todo incluido en Albania, te sientes como en España. La comida muy buena, el bufet muy bien organizado, y rápidos a la hora de proporcionar una mesa. Hay una piscina muy grande y también playa. Es nuevo y las habitaciones están muy bien. El personal es muy amable y cualquier requerimiento ayudan a resolverlo. Muchos hablan español. Lo que yo mejoraría, la calidad de vino es bastante mala. La limpieza es pobre, no limpian bien las habitaciones, ni las zonas comunes, el baño común de la piscina seguía sucio y con suelos mojados a las 10 de la noche, que es un baño que se utiliza en uno de los restaurantes principales. Los restaurantes a la carta, no hay variedad. Hay dos restaurantes a la carta y la comida que sirven en ambos es muy parecida, comida mediterránea. Podrían poner uno de ellos asiático, mexicano….

Abbiamo soggiornato 9 giorni in questo hotel, un vero 5 stelle! Camera fantastica, ampia, nuova, dotata di ogni comfort, e bagno (meglio definirlo salle de bain) di circa 9/11mq con doccia walkin, doppio lavandino e vasca (5/5) Pulizia della camera promossa (4/5) Mare: come Forte dei Marmi con l acqua più limpida. La spiaggia grandissima, molti lettini vuoti e un bel bar che la serve. Piscine: 1 (quella principale) molto grande e bella, 1 piscina per bambini, 2 piscine nella SPA (una accessibile a tutti), 2 sui rooftop per clienti con upgrade. La piscina principale è bellissima, tenuta molto bene (5/5) Confermo che nel pomeriggio è difficile trovare lettini liberi: ne basterebbero 20/30 in più. Ristorante Merkado: al buffet ampia scelta, nulla da dire, e ottima qualità. Ristorante Casa Nostra: buona la pizza. Piatti italiani, a volte un po’ rivisitati in chiave internazionale ma buoni, servizio ottimo e il responsabile Ledjo è davvero molto bravo a gestire ogni situazione. Ha passione per il suo lavoro e si vede! Ristorante Cape Nao: abbiamo mangiato sempre molto bene, servizio ottimo e un ringraziamento particolare a Redi che è riuscito con professionalità, naturalezza e attenzione a comprendere ogni nostra esigenza, dandoci anche un senso di familiarità che veramente ha fatto la differenza. Eravamo ospiti, ma eravamo anche un po’ a casa. Cosa aggiungere? Sperando che non scendano di qualità, ci torneremo sicuramente!

We had a fantastic dinner at Dodona restaurant. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff were very kind and helpful, special thanks to Megi. We will be visiting again from Canada. Good job Melia Albania. 🇦🇱🇨🇦
