I have booked ac dulux room but they are giving us standard room. And told that we don’t have any other room. But when we are ready to pay extra then the manager has booked a dulax room(5k for two night. Room service is not so good.

Overall very bad experience about food, food delivered at room without covering. There is high noise of exhaust fan, there is no any complementary available in room like tea/coffee. Only kettle available and i can’t understand why ?

It's nice to stay here near CT centre and Junction Mall is also beside this Hotel. Room Service also Good.

Though we had an early arrival on durgapur, we requested hotel manager for early room delivery but he rejected. My father is of 75 years old, and it was very difficult for him to stay outside in full sun rays for 04 : 30 hrs long. Hotel manager delivered the room just one hour before the check in time. ( thanks. Overall room was furnished, food was delicious and was served in time to time. Hotel boys were well mannered. All services were good. Manager might have thought about their loss to give permision for our early check in, but we are glad to inform that we left the hotel 17 hrs before than our scheduled check out time. We have not bothered our loss.

I have never seen such a pathetic welcome from the manager, he treated us like hell, instead of giving us a warm welcome he used to humiliate people very badly. One of the worst booking ever made in my entire life time that too from make my trip
