manager of park suites city centre durgapur is a phsycho, mental . he fails to deal with clients requirements , fails to behave properly, fails to manage manpower & resources of hotel . he insists & forces clients not to book . he spoilt my entire business trip by creating problems intentionally like not switching on the geyser before check out , lift was not functional & ac did not work & mini fridge did not work . the joke of the story is in facilities nothing is there 4 tea hags, 4 milk sachets, 4 sugar sachets, 1 litre complimentary water & ac ,lift , fridge, electric kettle which lift , fridge, ac does not work most of the time. bedcovers are torn , dirty with stains, sane are pillow covers. there will be no room cleaning every day .
i got my room cleaning only once in seven days & that too the staff gets angry .not the fault of staff , it's the fault of manager who fails to plan, implement , monitor & train .
there is no briefing. most of the time front office is vacant , noone receives calls & manager sleeps inside his allotted room . spoken to the owner to replace this mad manager of hotel park suites , city centre ,durgaour he pressurises to book personally at higher price at the name of personal relation & keeps the person hanging without telling the rates till price increases & there's no option for the client other than paying whatever the manager asks for. he calls personal relation when paid more & if not listened he troubles clients . if manager does not know manners , the minimum courtesy to stand up & greet how will the team follow all these ?
the entire environment depends on the main leader of the team. when informed in the last evening that will check out at 6.30 am next morning , he threatens the security not to call him for any reasons because he will be sleeping at that time he did not even switch on the geyser & i had to travel 500 kms without freshened up .
