Well i feel for a delux room it did not at all met my expectations. The room was quite small. The locking system was way too complex. The major upset for me was the underwhelming room service as you cant reach them via phone

Drainage line was blocked in bathroom & wash basin. Even after telling the maintenance team twice the issue was not resolved. Was a pathetic experience. Had to change room at last.

The room given to me at first was close to the dg set, which was too noisy. Had to change my room. Rooms are clean. Food is ok. Parking is an issue. Locality is crowded. Few staff members are arrogant. At night no body is available for any support. I called the reception many a times but there was no response. Room size and space available is good.

To check-in the hotel we have to get down on the main road and carry our luggage to the building and the hotel is on the 4th floor. Very inconvenient nobody to at least guide there was an elderly person with me who felt hard. Very cosy kind of a hotel

Room with amenities were excellent. A bit smaller in size as compared to deluxe rooms in other hotels. Reception, food and room service was excellent.
