Durgapur Hotels with Bars

I had a night's stay followed by breakfast (which was a second time for me). All aspects from ease of locating, checking in, stay, rooms, food were more than satisfying. While on the way, the front desk staff provided me the booking and after 11:30 pm the Head Chef was there who personally guided me to select the dinner. Lucky to have a Goanese dish of Chicken Vindaloo with Poi bread on Chef's recommendation followed by their own brand of mango icecream. Each of those had distinct taste of authenticty. Moreover, the coutesu extended by all staff from checkin, to personal care during dining (night and breakfast) is worth mentioning. The security staff took care of the parking needs special mention. I plan to return for dining and / or stay at the next opportunity.

Nice service,food and hotel.Breakfast in hotel have many varities .Staff is good and polite behaviour.Hotel room is very neat and clean . beautiful views is seen in the hotel to see in room window.Room cost is also reasonable and dinner package are also available.

Was at the property with moto of celebrating reunion with school friends who r geo aways due to professional career- never thought that the stay will be one of the most cherished memory which will be carried n my memories… all the staff from front desk, food & beverages, house keeping were extremely cordial & cooperative- hospitality made us friends reunion experience have that perfect salt & pepper experience on the top. Kudos to the team fortune Durgapur u definitely wear hospitality on ur sleeves. No doubts little souls even had a wonderful & safe stay too. Very average property near Durgapur Barrage. An erstwhile Govt property and now has been leased to a private operator. River Damodar is 3-4 minutes walk from this property. Room and bathroom in the 1st floor are ok but are little shabby and old fashioned. The front corridor looks unassuming, if not ugly. They will give you 2 very small medimix soap and 2 shampoo pouch as ”bathroom toiletries”. What surprised us is the poor and almost worn out condition of the bath-towels. It seems they don't have sufficient staffs to manage the show. Intercom was not functional. We had to call a particular staff (on his mobile) for small issues. But the staffs tried there best to meet our expectation but without that professional touch. May be they need some basic training to look after their guests. The locality doesn't offer any scenic beauty excepting a few trees.

It's a great stay there every thing is perfectly fine. Behavior of staff reception is also good maintain good hygiene, food is also great with great atmosphere room. Service is good too. I find this hotel from google and customers rating and it's truly deserve every star.

Staying was good. Behavior of receptionist and the attendants were also very cordial. Everything was fine except room no 316's floor was damped throughout the day and night. And also the walls. Don't know the reasons but it was like that. Quality of food was too good. But sadly we were denied to use dining space because we were told, some other meeting was going on there. That was a truly inconvenience for us.
