The hotel feels old now.

I really enjoyed my stay. I hope the hotel updates it’s system so that confirmation emails from trip.com don’t go to their spam. I was really annoyed when I had to hold the line and kept calling them. They couldn’t find my booking, only to find it in their spam emails.

I would love to book the hotel once more next time, I felt at home. The waiters and the cleaners were welcoming and kind to me and my colleagues so I am sure they also enjoyed a stay there. There was a guy there who was excelling in serving us food, he is light skinned and short both in height and hair cut; if had my way I would promote him, he is so patient and kind serving with no complain.

Room is nice, only thing is some staff members need to catch a wake-up. People need to acknowledge presence of clients in front of them even when they busy attending to something than letting you stand there for ages until they done with whatever only then they start focusing on your presence and needs.

The staff is amazing and rooms always neat. The breakfast is delicious and supper. It is a home away from home.The staff go out of their way to make sure you satisfied and happy. The cater for family, business and even host conferences. Its always my first accommodation option

I had to travel for business and it was a pleasure to stay at City Lodge. The staff from the security to managers were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, with enough choice for even picky eaters. My room was clean and quiet. I would stay here again.

over the last few months I have stayed multiple times and in conclusion, my experience at City Lodge was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of friendly and attentive staff, impeccably clean rooms, and delicious food created a welcoming environment that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This hotel not only met my expectations but also provided an experience that I will cherish. I look forward to returning to City Lodge in the future

The service was great. The staff were very kind, humble and nice. I will definitely come back again and also recommend the hotel to my friends and family. Every thing was spotless from the room to the food. I am happy I enjoyed myself I really had a wonderful experience

Checked in about 7pm and went down to go and get dinner , well I can’t even complain about the service as there was none , after waiting a while I just stood up went to my car and went to pick up my own food . You really need to jack up your service City lodge. Thank goodness it was only for one night
