Our stay was pleasant but we would have stayed longer if the pool was clean. The pool was dirty with bugs and chocolate wrappers and the jacuzzi was green and slimy we didn’t want to get in there at all.

It is a hotel that has good measures in the situation of contingency we are living. Sanitary tape when entering. Gel to the main entrance and lifts. Breakfast directly to the room. Good staff treatment. The room was very comfortable and the room was very clean and very clean. Clean beds and bathrooms but you wouldn't think of getting down the bed scalp because your feet were black, a very bad point for my family as I travel with young children.

We stayed there 3 nights  Hotel secure  Hotel clean Nice covered pool  Tennis court  Gym  And a very nice staff all around  Free coffe in the lobby We asked for extra cover  The housekeeping staff excellent and nice  This place is number one in Durango Mx

The hotel is very good and I always choose this hotel when I go to Durango, very good service in the lobby, room service and security in general. The negatives are: 1 Hard Coats. 2 Electronic keys are disprogrammed every day, it's annoying always be asking for update we host 3 days, so much good. If I recommend it.
