Room was big but with no view.i had no service,ordered one bottle of water and i had to went down to pick it up.the bar was shut.facilities were good enough.

Good location with a car park at the back, check in took a while and there was a problem with my door lock but nothing to moan about. The room was massive but therr was a huge gap under the door so it let the corridor light in.

I would highly recommend this lovely hotel in the centre of Dundee. The manager Kim was very helpful and kind and let me check in very early in the morning after my long trip on the Caledonian Sleeper. Kim and all the staff where very friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcomed. The best hospitality I received in any hotel I stayed in. A family homely atmosphere. Thank you.

Do not stay at this hotel! There needs to be transparency with customers that it accommodates homeless individuals next to paying hotel guests.There is a homeless shelter nearby, which I was advised by well informed locals, can be used for overspill accommodation. My friend and I did not feel safe on arrival. There was a strong smell of **** in the lobby that coupled with lots of shady people lurking around. We did not stay and managed to book the Apex nearby. I made two written complaints to this hotel direct and requested a refund and have had no response. Appalling customer service!
