The hotel was very close to The Caird Hall where we were going and near eating places and pubs. The room was lovely and clean with a comfy bed. The breakfast in the morning was a bit chaotic due to no tables being available but the food was good when we got one. Would highly recommend and book here again.

Excellent location. Close to all main attractions in city centre. loads of bars and restaurants within 100 meter radius. Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay again.

Only faults ,for us, were the hard bed and pillows. Used the wrong one and woke up with a sore ear. Otherwise no issues

A really lovely place to stay while discovering Dundee. A marvellous place which is close to the railway station and the Seagate bus station, just a 4-6 mins walk. The room was good enough with all essential facilities to stay and was huge and comfortable for a great relax. The staffs are kind and friendly to foreigners, which made me felt of being welcomed.

Super easy to find with paid parking right around the corner and a link bridge to the property. Nice tidy clean rooms with great showers and hairdryers. Delicious full breakfast included in the rate.

Good location where it is walkable to the waterfront area and the shopping area. Managed to get the room facing some view of the waterfront Great service and the breakfast was simple but nice.
