Four Points Flex by Sheraton Dundee

Located directly above Dundee train station, it's incredibly convenient. We parked our car overnight at the Greenmarket car park and received a 15% discount. A convenience store downstairs (which also serves the train station) was perfectly adequate for breakfast.

The hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location. It's situated right above a train station, with a convenience store downstairs and numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. For enhanced security, the main entrance requires key card access during the evenings, which is a nice touch. While the breakfast menu remained consistent each day, there was still a good enough variety to choose from.

I was in St Andrews for business, and with limited hotel options there, I opted to stay at this hotel in Dundee for a total of 7 nights. It was absolutely perfect. The location is superb, right outside Dundee train station, making it extremely convenient for trips to St Andrews or other nearby areas. There are also many great restaurants near the hotel, and a Tesco supermarket conveniently located on the ground floor. The hotel is quite new and very well-appointed with all the necessary facilities, and the room layout is very practical. Despite its proximity to the train station, the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a very quiet stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly every night. The front desk staff were all very friendly. What particularly impressed me was the hotel's cleanliness; they have a dedicated housekeeping team, and the rooms were spotless! The hotel also offers excellent value for money. If I have the opportunity to visit Dundee again, I would not hesitate to choose this hotel!
