The location is good!! It's conveniently located if you take a tuk-tuk. The staff are friendly, but the accommodation is not very good. The water is dirty and the bathroom is not in good condition.

You can take a tuktuk from the pier to the hotel for 150peso
It’s 50 peso to go to the city center
The service is very good. If you have any problems, ask them to solve them.
The room is clean and the equipment is old
Slippers and toothbrushes are provided
The sound insulation is average. I can hear the sound of cars. The air conditioner is noisy.
The swimming pool is thin and there are many people at night

Great hotel close to the airport in Dumaguete. Simple rooms but had plenty of amenities available including room service. The pool was the perfect addition to get a little swim in before our flight the next morning. Staff was great and facilities were clean!
