Clean hotel located on busy street. Stayed 2 nights. First night very noisy, with motorcycle traffic, boisterous guests in adjacent rooms and barking dogs. Second night was much quieter. We did put in noise complaint about the noisy guests after the first night. Room is tight. Bed comfortable. Good black out curtains. Bathroom tidy except saw some small ants on bathroom wall. Barber downstairs. Small elevator. Housekeeping service was good. Good size TV with Netflix Within walking distance to restaurants and Rizal boulevard promenade.

Tanya the Frontdesk assisted me all throughout my stay from nearby convenience store recommendations to providing a first aid kit when I needed a bandaid. Amenities are also new. There's a laundromat at the ground floor and a barbershop for your convenience. I highly recommend this hotel when in Bacolod.
