Pet friendly Hotels Dujiangyan

Overall great service and good location. Rooms are a bit dated so we had to switch rooms once as the first one has mould. However, the staffs are friendly and the location is good. Shout out to the Chinese Restaurant in the Hotel. Food is top notch and we went twice over the stay . The complementary hot spring is also quite nice. Great selection of pools ( think around 8?). We went twice and the first time was quite crowded. The second time for some reason is empty so we enjoy the quiet time.

Booked for my parents and baby. According to the map, this place is more than 2 kilometers away from the front gate of Qingcheng Mountain. The room has a garden, so I chose this place. I originally booked a one-bedroom room, but my dad found it was a two-bedroom room after entering. It seems that the boss upgraded it. There is no front desk here. The boss contacted us in advance and wrote the check-in information in detail. It was no problem for my parents to drive there by themselves. That night, I video-called my parents and baby and they were all very happy. My parents thought the room was spacious and comfortable, and the baby thought the garden was fun. Everyone was happy in their own way. I think the room is very tidy and the soft furnishings are also carefully made. In short, my family is happy and I am happy too. Give the boss a good review. Amazing place BUT... Staff could be much better trained for such an upscale hotel/resort, those standing at the entrance. Slow in response, not greeting guests, not giving any directions upon arrival. Could have provided better service by asking guests if they are going to any destinations nearby, inform guests that popular destination such as the Panda attraction needs booking in advance, the spa booking may not have slot best to book before whatever time, etc. Wanted the spa and panda but missed both as we were not told beforehand during conversations and even for the panda only knew it on the 2nd time we enquired.

I like to sleep on a soft bed, but I still slept very well here. The sound of the air conditioner would be a bit loud if the wind was adjusted to the maximum, but there was no sound at all when the wind was adjusted to the lowest. I think this is very cost-effective in the hotel. And the silk soup pool is very large. But the privacy is not very strong. If you want to peek in other rooms, you may still see it. Hotel parking is very convenient, the parking lot is just above the ticket gate, the front desk service is really good, we upgraded a larger room with a terrace, the room is clean and clean, the room is soundproofed and basically will not affect sleep at night.

This Hotel is located on beautiful grounds, however it is a real shame that they are letting the weeds takeover everywhere. Still very pleasant to walk around the complex with all the trees, flowers, lake, swans & ducks, but it breaks your heart to see the weeds taking over everywhere and there is what once would have been a beautiful Rose Flower path and the roses are still flowering but no maintenance at all and weeks are taller than the rose bushes and all they seem to do is just the grass and forget the rest. Rooms and facilities were very clean, so I was impressed. Room layout is excellent and very, very big with a courtyard and external spa, you start to relax as soon as you walk in the door. The only thing that put me and my wife off is the mahjong table in the main room on the first floor. TV had no movies and no English Chanels at all. Food in the All Day Dining (Chinese Restaurant) was very nice but limited. Breakfast was not a very big selection and probably because it is not peak season, however it also was not very good and put us off even trying the Western Food for dinner and went across the road for fast food instead. Staff were very nice and polite. We want for my wife's birthday and apart from the impressive building structures, there was no WOW factor for the overall experience.
