The bedding, mattress, and pillows were all very comfortable, and the decor was nice; I'm sure the owner put a lot of thought into it. However, the front desk service was lacking. The older receptionist lacked service awareness; she just pressed the elevator button and left as soon as she saw someone arrive. I know she was in a hurry, but surely a little extra time wouldn't have mattered. I suggest hiring younger staff who understand hotel management and have a strong service mindset; it would definitely make a difference. The elderly man directing parking at the entrance was very kind; he took us to see the fireflies and even helped with our luggage.

We spent a day in Dujiangyan on this family trip, choosing the Hidden Cloud Lodge in its central location. A half-day was enough to explore the Qin Yan Tower, the Dujiangyan Irrigation System, and the ancient city of Guanxian. In the evening, we enjoyed a private hot spring at the hotel and watched the bioluminescent plankton tributary. The laundry and dryer service was incredibly convenient! The butler also thoughtfully provided umbrellas and raincoats. The next morning, we visited the Panda Valley and returned to the hotel. The location was convenient, and we had plenty of time. Overall, this was a great hotel.

The room is very beautiful, with great bay depth and beautiful edge-to-edge glass. There is a private soup pool that I chose. The private soup pool is also very friendly to me, a germophobe. The only drawback is that the swimming pool is closed in winter and there is no water, so it is not comfortable. It should be more comfortable in summer. And the afternoon tea was a little basic, and the tea cups were very stained (the cup with the darker black tea). Overall, it was pretty good and worth the price. The road here is not a concrete road, but a forest path. Students with poor driving skills should proceed with caution. It feels like walking into a primeval forest, hahahaha!
