We were served by Lily, Yuman and May at check-in. It was smooth, information were forthcoming. The receptionist are friendly and professional. We felt the warm welcome. Hotel location is the middle of the city with great views of the canals as per the photos when you book. Rooms are clean, breakfast selection is good. There're hot bath pool complimentary to hotel guest too. It's a 5 stars for everything u need.

I arrived at homestay 闲时依旧 from 毕棚沟at around 8.40pm . We were looking for the entrance and was there it was second floor and we had 4 heavy luggages 2 large and 2 small. we didn't know there are 2 ways to get to the homestay 1.climb the ladder and 3 .elevator behind . anyway ,we climbed the stairs🤭 Once we reach the Aunty was there she was smiling and not a lot of Thai stayed here . The homestay has no elevator inside so you need to climb the ladder to your room which might be on second floor . I was about to carry my heavy luggages one by one but Aunty suddenly took the heavy luggage for me and I told here no it is too heavy for lady but she insisted and carried it to the front door of my room. she is so hospitable .She don't need to carry my bag it is too heavy for lady! I was at the same time ashamed and also impressed with how much she wanted to help. I was grateful for that .Upone entering the room .It was cozy ,cute and we have a balcony which we used to have breakfast with view of the old town . I really like this place . Moreover, I was super impressed with the room facilities. It is my first time in my life to see a homestay or hotel using CELLULOSE DISPOSABLE TOWEL . WHY I CARED SO MUCH ABOUT IT? BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN WORKING IN FABRIC INDUS7FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS !!! AND CELLULOSE FIBER HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THE INNOVATION THE INDUSTRY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LAUNCH IT TO THE MARKET . I CAN TELL YOU ,THIS IS NOT CHEAP AND IT IS RECYCLABLE . THE HOMESTAY TOOK ME BY SURPRISED AND THAT IS SOMETHING I WANTED TO SAY ,YOU ARE BEYONG INNOVATION AND YOU HAVE COME TO THE POINT FEW PEOPLE ARE WILLING TO INVEST . IN ADDITION, THE WATER THAT HOMESTAY OFFERED US IN ROOM THERE IS 1.5 LITRE AND 2 0.5 LITRE AND IT IS PETRIFIED WATER .WHICH IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WHAT WE USUALLY SEE .I have been travelling and staying thousands of hotel even 5-6 stars no places offered such expensive water!!!! Wow Wow Wow ....I can't be more impressed.The owner bring us breakfast right on time that we informed her and breakfast was very very clean and healthy .Red potato ,milk buns. it was super !!! We have a great night sleep souch that we got up a little late .So we rushed out to Panda Selfie and the spots we planned . we asked the Aunty owner for information how to go and she was very vigilant and happy to tell us she even walked out to point us the way . I cannot say how perfect our stay was bed was soft ,clean pillow is perfectly supportive . Amenities are not those cheap amenities ,all usable and have a price . Soup is good ( normally I don't use any soup if it is not my own). The hot tap shower have digital heat and cool control with Celsius Digital you can turn 33 ,34 35, ,23 ,24 ,25 Celsius accurately. All these are something meticulously thoughtful .And invested for the pleasure of the visitors. Since we love the stay so much and we love the city. we decided to stay 1 more night in Dujiangyan .Also because we love 青城山 ，but when we visited there it was already 3pm too late to enter and enjoy the nature . so we WeChat to aunty and told here we will stay 1 more night .And she upgraded for us to bigeer room with 2 beds very spacious .with the same price because the room type we booked was full. You see how good she is ,the next night we stayed in spacious room with very clean beds as usual. All I can say if I can give full star of 10 I wanted to give Aunty 100 of 10 , homestay 100/10 Breakfast 100/10 and The homestay location is right in front of selfie Panda 100/10 I love everything about this place . I have a plan to revisit in May 1 st 2025 DEFITELY ND TAHNK YOU AUNTY FOR FULFILLING OUR TRIP SO FLAWLESSLY I will definitely stay here again

First of all, location is very good. I walked for about three minutes from the train station. The hotel is very near the iconic panda as well as the ancient city of guan county. For cleanliness, I must say I am very satisfied. Toilet, beds and floor are clean and pleasing to the eye. Service is great. Tissue, water bottle and even sweets are self-helped, meaning you can retrieve them if you need more. Toilet is spacious and very comfortable to use. The only con is the sizing of the room (which is not that big of an issue). Overall, Im very happy with this stay and would definitely comeback here.

Starway Hotel is located in the ancient city, very close to Nanqiao and surrounding attractions. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel, which will not make tourists bored. The hotel does not look impressive from the outside, and the front desk on the first floor is relatively simple, but the staff are very familiar with the surrounding tourist information. Arriving at the accommodation floor, you will feel refreshed. The decoration is simple and fresh, the room is clean and spacious, and the breakfast is rich and diverse. It is definitely a cost-effective hotel. Highly recommended! ! ! ! !

Great location easy to get to the main sites in Chengdu! Also easy for Didi pick up and drop off. Lots of breakfast options right outside the hotel and across the street from Kuanzhai Alley. Front desk service was nice and help to answer questions about sending packages and storing luggage.

I had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Dujiangyan Ancient Town. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, just a short walk from the scenic and historic Dujiangyan Ancient Town. It’s also a convenient base for visiting the Dujiangyan Irrigation System and Qingcheng Mountain. The hotel’s design blends modern comfort with traditional Chinese elements, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, although English communication was limited at times. Still, they did their best to assist and made me feel at home. If you're looking for a relaxing stay with easy access to cultural attractions, Holiday Inn Dujiangyan Ancient Town is a great choice.

The hotel is conveniently located near attractions and eateries, and the rooms are spacious. However, if you're sensitive to cigarette smoke, you might want to reconsider. The centralized air conditioning system allows cigarette odors from other rooms to seep into yours. When I raised the issue with the receptionist, their only suggestion was to switch the air conditioning to ventilation mode, which didn’t fully resolve the problem.

Hotel location is great. Just right across the road where the railway station is. The lady boss has been really accomodating and gave us a lot of suggestions in terms of the tourist attractions & nice food around the area. Whenever we requested for something she will answer us in seconds. The room is clean and provides basic amenities. Please do not expect hotel kind of facilities and environment. This homestay is at the 2nd floor of quite an old shoplot and is dark outside at night. If you care a lot about the accommodation environment this place is not for you. Still, with the price offered this homestay is quite a good deal.

This hotel is perfectly located right in the ancient town, surrounded by delicious local food options just steps away. It’s within walking distance to the Dujiangyan Scenic Area, and getting a taxi to other attractions is very convenient. The hotel itself is new. What stood out the most was the staff—they were incredibly friendly and always ready to help whenever we had any issues. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for travelers who want a great mix of convenience, comfort, and excellent service!

This stay exceeded expectations! As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the staff welcomed us warmly. The room is clean and tidy, and the layout is warm and comfortable. When I asked the staff about the bedding, I was told that the mattress is from the United States, Serta, which is soft and fluffy, and conforms to ergonomics. Lying on it instantly relieves the fatigue of the journey. The bathroom equipment is brand new and intelligent, and the toiletries are high-quality scented ones, giving you a great experience. The hotel's buffet breakfast is even more of a surprise, with a rich variety of Chinese and Western food, and the freshly made rice noodles and noodles are very delicious. The breakfast restaurant is also on the top floor, and the view is very good. The coffee machine in the lobby has a lot of small ingredients that can be used to mix drinks of different flavors. Both the service details and the hardware facilities are impeccable, with a very high cost performance ratio. I highly recommend it to everyone! New hotel with great value for money!
