Overall, it was just average, average. Not worth the price. 1. Ambience. It's just a villa with a small courtyard in a villa complex, surrounded by mostly abandoned houses. 2. Facilities and cleanliness. The villa isn't new, but not old either. Overall, it's average. It's three stories high, the rooms are average, and the bathroom is dirty and smelly. The KTV has poor sound quality, and there's a billiard table. 3. The swimming pool isn't very big. The housekeeper filled it in advance. Upon inquiry, we learned that it was filled with water from the previous guest, rainwater from the previous night, and the housekeeper added more water for us. Fortunately, we discovered this in advance and had her replace it. I remind everyone to always refill the water after your stay, as she refilled ours before we left. 4. There are no children's play areas, only a small building block table. The children only have this and a water play area, which was exposed to the sun during the day. Therefore, it's not recommended for families. 5. The photos are generally consistent, but it's probably quite old.
