I have to complain, the overall experience is very average! First, I asked the front desk to send a few more bottles of mineral water, saying that the extra ones need to be paid! Secondly, the facilities in the room are very old, the experience is very poor, the lighting is dim, it is not worth the price at all, and the room soundproofing is not good! We booked the room with the in room hot springs. It was a perfect room with plenty of space and the hot springs were perfect for soaking in private. We didn’t try the outdoor hot springs because several of the pools were closed and we were happy with experience of the one in our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the standard breakfast you get in China, but the noodles, fresh fruit, and pastries were especially good. Overall all it was a very good experience for us.
