酒店環境優美，酒店管家笑笑服務細緻周到。安排靠園區的房間，非常的舒適。酒店的套票非常的划算，客房小紅姐姐送物很及時，下次來都江堰還住這裏。

酒店外觀大氣，內部裝修精緻，一進大堂就感覺很有格調。房間乾淨整潔，空間寬敞，床睡起來軟硬適中，各種設施也都很新，用着順手。餐廳的餐食種類豐富，中西餐都有不少選擇，早餐豐富。
Kiki的服務很好，很暖心，主動幫我們升級了房型，並且幫我們換好了滑雪場的票。酒店整體很值得推薦，Kiki這樣的工作人員更是給酒店加分不少，以後滑雪還會再來！

這一次的融創之行非常的滿意，Kiki管家隨時在線，有任何事情都可以找她，酒店大堂環境，房間衞生都不錯，酒店後面的人工湖也是很美的，空氣也很好，帶娃來滑雪，離融創雪世界融創茂都非常的近，來融創雪世界不錯的選擇！

首先酒店工作人員服務很熱情，因為購買的攜程套餐，不是太清楚，前台工作人員以及kiki 管家都能及時且有效地給予幫助和處理問題；其次早餐的品質和口味就酒店的價位來説還是讓人很滿意的；衞生也還行，設施符合價格吧。要吐槽的是湯池，週六晚上去的，衹開了很少的湯池，但是人很多，下餃子一樣，既然是燒的水，老闆索性大方點週末多燒點吧！
