Hotel is good but no dental kit and body lotion. Slipper was not replaced when one of the slipper is faulty and thrown awaybut overall it was a good stay.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly from the hotel reception to the restaurant. Gina was on duty when I arrived and she explained all my enquiries about getting around very thoroughly. 👍👍👍 Food was great at the restaurant. Location was great, bus station was just outside the hotel. Will definitely cime back to stay again.

The room looks new and super clean. I really like the bathroom. The staff were very helpful. If I come back to Dubrovnik, I would love to stay here again:))

Hotel room is small. Amenities in room lacking - no free water, amenity kits etc. shower room is wet room with no space to put your products. Blind flaps open when you’re showering to expose full floor to ceiling window right next to shower for all to see. Ended up trying to secure blind with towel. Hot water took approx 10 mins to work. Not worth cost

Room is big and clean. Breakfast is available at 15 Euros for a very decent spread. You can buy the Dubrovnik Pass from Hotel Porto just next door. Bus stop is almost right outside the hotel where you can get the bus pass and there are several buses going straight into Pile Old Town. Will definitely recommend!

This hotel is very modern and is reminiscent of an upscale brand name hotel. It is conveniently located about a 20 min walk from the bus station and 40-50 min walk from Old Dubrovnik. The staff was very nice and courteous.

Comfortable and new hotel in a great location. Front desk was friendly. The blind in the bathroom doesn't cover the window properly but I'm sure this can be fixed

The hotel is 2 stops away from the ancient city and about 1.2 km from the bus terminal. There is a bakery and Timmy supermarket nearby. The staff is nice and will respond to any questions. The hotel room is also OK. The room should be separated from the next door, but it is not noisy, maybe no one lives next door. If you want to go to the ancient city, you can wait for 1A1B at the door to take to pile gate (that is the ancient city). The bus stop at the hotel is called LAPAD. The bus ticket is 2.5 euros if you swipe the card on the bus and 1.73 euros if you buy it at the ticket office, but the ticket booth at the hotel entrance has not been open.
