The room was very clean, the facilities were new, and the breakfast was rich. It took about 30 minutes to get there by bus 702 from the airport. After the driver stopped, the hotel was across the road.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say that I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The electric kettle in the room was disgustingly dirty, as shown in the pictures. Moreover, our family room had a constant and unpleasant sewage odor that made our stay very uncomfortable. I hope the hotel management takes these issues seriously and addresses them promptly.

Completely disgusted by this hotel in Dublin, has been staying in this hotel for nearly a week. Because I just came to Dublin, I didn't know there was a football match recently, so I didn't renew the rent long in advance, and when I woke up, I found that I couldn't book a room. When we went to the front desk, the manager asked us to check out, wait for someone to check out in the hotel and arrange a room for us immediately, and arrange us to wait in the conference room, we were assured to book a room for the next day. During this period, we were afraid of making the hotel difficult, and we have been looking for other hotels, but none of them have rooms. Then, around 12 am, a Chinese Northeast Shenyang employee of the hotel came and asked us to leave. We explained why, but he said we had to leave. And then the night shift manager at their hotel came and kicked us out again. But it was the most dangerous time in the early morning, and we were afraid to leave with a lot of luggage and two children. Then they said they would call their manager to ease things up, but instead they called the police, and when they got to the bottom of it, they told us to stay. It felt like a thrill and a scare. Refresh our knowledge of Irish hotels. You can run a hotel and bully guests? I don't know who would dare stay in a hotel like this.

I stayed at this hotel last year, and the service was better back then. Unfortunately, during my recent stay, the experience was quite disappointing. Both times 5-days stay. Cleanliness was well below expectations. From the very first day, it was clear that the room had not been properly cleaned — there was visible dust on several surfaces, especially in the bathroom, which had clearly accumulated over time and was never cleaned during the entire stay. Although housekeeping came in daily, all they did was make the bed. On top of that, there were no toiletries or bathroom amenities provided at all, surprising for a hotel of this supposed standard. Noise was another serious issue: doors slamming in adjacent rooms echoed throughout the night and regularly disrupted my sleep. Additionally, hallways were often cluttered with takeaway food waste left overnight by other guests, and the smell of fried food reached into the rooms. At breakfast, no plant-based milk options were available, and the coffee was of poor quality. Overall, this felt more like a two or three-star property — comparable to something like an Ibis — not what you would expect from a four-star hotel. At a lower price point, it might be tolerable, though the cleaning issues and lack of basic amenities are still unacceptable. But at the rate they charge, the value and quality simply aren’t there.

I stay at this hotel regularly. The hotel is new. Rooms modern and comfortable. Staff extremely helpful and obliging. The restaurant serves lovely food. There is underground parking. There’s a lovely coastal path across the road via Blackrock / Seapoint/ sandycove.

Stayed on Monday & Tuesday nights - arrived on Monday - reception staff are great. I have stayed many times not by choice but the organisation that arranges the accommodation uses this hotel. I reported that the regulator of hot/cold water in shower was not there - a member of staff looked at it and said it needed a new fitting.... I checked out wed morning with out it being replaced or offered another room.. I asked to speak to the GM who I know was in his office but refused to come out. Very poor customer service - Food is not great - they have changed the menu but very much catering food - breakfast is very limited Its a pity they don't take their clients experience more serious. Won't recommend it.
