First of all, the location is really good.
The tram is right in front, and the bus stop is less than 5 minutes away.
Also, there is a convenience store/cafe/mart right in front, so it is good for shopping or buying things.
There is a toaster/oven/dishwasher/washing machine, so it is the best for long-term travel.
It was not as cold as I thought. The temperature was raised to 26 degrees.

We have two bedrooms and a living room. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, which is very convenient and relatively clean. There is a subway downstairs, which makes transportation very convenient. There is a supermarket opposite. The business office area in the lobby is very large, but there are no windows that can be opened in the entire room, only exhaust. The location is good, there are many big factories nearby, it is not very chaotic at night, and the airport bus and tram go directly there.
Some kitchen utensils are provided for self-cooking, but they are only cleaned once a week, so you need to do what you can.
A bigger problem is: the mattress is too rubbish... It collapses and has a weird texture. I can accept a normal soft mattress, but this one is very uncomfortable to sleep on.
