I like the hotel, because it is in the city centre, near the big shopping mall. The room is spacious, and the interior is modern and comfortable. It is an excellent place for business meetings and trips. I highly recommend staying with her on business occasions. The only disadvantage is that it is too expensive if you did not book earlier.

Great location in the centre of Dublin, staffs were really friendly and helpful, always got an Irish sense of humor from people in Dublin. I was lucky to have an early check-in around noon time. Room was comfortable for a solo traveler, the only downside was no view from the window.

I recently got engaged to my now fiancée and used the Grafton hotel as my ruse. To say the staff went above and beyond is an understatement!! I organised the stay and explained the plan and the staff, Particularly Gary & Adam jumped through hoops for me. They upgraded us with a rooftop suite with Prosecco and a full spirit bar it was way more than expected. It was our first time staying there (we’ve had drinks there on occasion and liked the feel of the hotel) and I can tell you from location, to decor to staff we will be returning for life 5 stars is not enough for this hotel A1!! Thanks again Team yous are amazing!
