Don’t trust Ctrip. I originally wanted to book a reservation at Wynn Macau, but Ctrip went overseas and said it would give me a full refund. In the end, I paid Ctrip 3,219 yuan, but in the end, I was only refunded 1,000 yuan. The platform’s service capabilities are really disappointing for consumers. Investors are worried and only consider their own profits but not the rights and interests of consumers.

Great place to stay in central Dublin. Close to both LUAS lines, Connolly station and busses. The hotel offers traditional style service. Beware the full Irish breakfast, it is enormous.

My friend and I travel to Dublin 3 or 4 times a year and never stay anywhere else. The staff are friendly and welcoming, all facilities are spotlessly clean and the food is excellent (especially the breakfast which is cooked to order). There is a traditional elegance about the Hotel which permeates through every aspect of its offering. Room rates are very attractive given it's central location, just off O'Connell Street and within 10 mins walk to Grafton Street, I'd also highly recommend it for solo travellers.

This beautiful historic hotel is a dream. The rooms are spotlessly clean and have all the amenities one could wish for—a good quality metal water kettle; tea bags, instant coffee (decaffeinated or caffeinated), milk, and sugar (white and brown); refrigerator, good quality hair dryer, iron and ironing board, a safe, a good TV, lovely pictures on the wall, shampoo and soap. The staff is warm, welcoming, and kind. The breakfast is absolutely top! Not only is there a small buffet, but you can order from a selection of tasty, freshly-made breakfasts. Coffee is served in a pot at your table (not from self-serve machines like so many hotels) and the servers are really friendly. Our room was a bit warm one night (it had been a humid summer day), so the staff brought us an excellent Dyson fan. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and happy. We will most definitely make this our regular hotel!

Lovely, traditional hotel in excellent location for exploring Dublin. Staff were friendly, beds were comfy, water was (very) hot and breakfast was excellent (try the eggs Benedict!) This isn’t a super-modern chain hotel, but rather full of charm and feels like a family-run place in the middle of the countryside. It is an oasis of calm in a busy city!

We enjoyed very tasty toasties & drinks in the bar during the August Bank Holiday weekend . It's a beautiful historic old hotel with very attentive & friendly staff who provide a great service.

Excellent hotel. It had a wonderful breakfast each morning. The rooms were clean and comfy. David from the hotel bar was extremely friendly and helpful. He made my husband and I feel like regulars. 👍 Simon was very attentive and friendly as well. The hotel is in a wonderful location. The price is a bit steep but the location definitely makes it worth it. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent vicinity to the city centre, room clean and tidy, we enjoyed an evening meal on our first night, the only let down was the service in the breakfast room , our cooked breakfast order was misplaced resulting in a considerable long wait, staff was very well presented except for the lady who was lacking a tie / scarf and she started to hoover the dining room floor while residents were still eating breakfast, over all a pleasure able stay
