Hotel in classico stile Irlandese, di personalità, situato in una strada silenziosa, proprio di fronte al Parlamento. Camera doppia ampia e pulita, bagno di recente ristrutturazione. Colazione varia e abbondante, con possibilità di scegliere anche un piatto fra quelli disponibili à la carte. Davvero piacevole la ragazza con i capelli rossi della Sala colazioni. Our family of four adults recently stayed at Buswells for four nights during our first visit to Ireland. It was an excellent choice. For us, the location was perfect – on a quiet street across from Parliament and close to major museums, Trinity College, and pubs. There were many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff was friendly and professional. We mostly loved the atmosphere at Buswells – the bar was full with people who seem to be discussing government-related topics.

Old, un-renovated room that did not resemble hotel photos. Only one working outlet in the room. No insulation between floors. No AC, which requires that window be opened to noisy street. Not especially clean. The only plus is the location.

Nice hotel. Great location. Good staff - some language difficulties even when using English - great location - nice breakfast (small cold buffet and then hot made to order, eggs, avocado toast, etc and lattes/caps to order as well) - rooms small but fine - rooms do get warm but they will gladly give you a top sheet in place of the duvet - nice bar

The hotel was decently nice but felt a little outdated and under-featured for the price point. The location was extremely nice. The restaurant was undergoing some type of remodeling so was operating with a reduced menu. Our room had no type of air conditioning and we were provided with only a single desk fan to cool the place. No refrigerator or microwave, no ice except from the bar.

Exceeded expectations. Completely comfortable room (we enjoyed the sound of the seagulls) and a delightful, attentive restaurant/bar for small meal and/or tea and scones. All staff were courteous and welcoming; the young woman at the front desk was especially helpful with advice and calling a taxi (and when a protest was going on at Leinster House and the road in front was blocked off, she went out on the street, waved down the taxi from a block away, and directed us to it). We ate breakfast out one morning but in-house the last day and all was good. Excellent location -- we walked to St. Stephen's Green the first night, the National Museum is around the block (free and worthwhile), and walked over to a literary pub crawl the second night we were there. We will be returning to Buswell's in August and expect a second, satisfying stay.

I cannot say a single bad word about our stay. It was absolutely wonderful!! The room and especially the bed was great! The service, food, and recommendations were spot on! Was close to Trinity College, St Stephen’s Green, great shopping!
