The hotel is in an unbeatable location, but you have to bear in mind that it is next to the cathedral and the bells can be heard clearly from the room. It didn't bother us, but it can be uncomfortable for other people. On the other hand, despite having the pub on the ground floor, there is no noise in the rooms, we slept very well.
It is an old building and the air came in through the window, nothing too important.
All the staff are lovely, both at reception and especially the dining room staff who were very friendly and attentive.
The pub is great for having a few good pints and listening to live music.
It has been a very good experience overall.

Great little hotel in a central location. All the staff are really friendly, rooms a little dated but very clean and what I would expect at this price. Overall great value, would of been 5* but had an issue with the shower fixture falling off the wall, which when mentioned to reception seemed to be brushed over.

It's a very convenient place. There are many attractions nearby. It's good to go shopping when traveling. There is a beautiful cathedral opposite and Dublin Castle is a short walk away. Breakfast is a traditional Irish breakfast, which is very classic.

Very cozy hotel, not far from the river, just a few minutes' walk from the airport bus No. 16, and 2/3 minutes' walk to the airport by Airport Express, very convenient to go anywhere.
