Located in the Georgian area of Dublin - you’re away from the hustle and bustle but an easy walk into the centre. Check in was easy as was check out - I’ve nothing but good things to say about all the staff here who were friendly and helpful. The room was small but quiet and clean. Bedding was comfortable. Tea and coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby which was great. Searsons is just down the road for a bevvy or something to eat - as is Bobbys wine bar and other coffee shops and food places. Would definitely stay here again when in Dublin.

We loved our stay at this hotel. However we stayed for one night only. Its very clean and aesthetically decorated. Location is also very convenient. They have parking as well if you have a car. I would recommend it.

Pembroke Townhouse was a gem. The people working the desk were kind and helpful. They provided information about getting around and things to see and do. The space was clean and full of charm. It’s a bit out of the hustle and bustle of downtown which allows for a quiet and more local feel.

Super Betten, gute, nicht zu laute Lage, leckeres Frühstück. Nicht alle Mitarbeiter sind gut gelaunt, der brasilianische jüngere Mann am Empfang war total nett u hilfsbereit. Kleines DZ, kleines Bad, Fenster vom Fußboden beginnend ca. 85cm hoch, etwas komisch u dunkel im Zimmer. Unsere Lüftung im Bad ging leider nicht, wurde aufgenommen, aber bisher nicht behoben.

My wife and I stayed there for our one day/night in Dublin. It was a great choice. The location was good and quiet but still by wonderful dining options within walking distance (highly recommend Searsons). Gabriel, who checked us in, was very efficient and helpful. The room was nice and had secured free parking too. For the price this is a hard to beat place.

Fabulous looking building and nice inside space for relaxing. Room was comfortable enough with a decent bathroom but a little tired. However, there was no hot water for the first night of the stay so this obviously created an issue. Cooked breakfast options were good but bit disappointed in what arrived - coffee was lukewarm on one morning and pastries ran out on occasions - all a bit underwhelming. Separate secure car parking behind the townhouse was great. Good location for Aviva stadium and bus stops just outside for getting into the centre of the city - also walkable but approx 25 mins away. On checkout we were not even asked how our stay was and we were never offered any form of recompense for no hot water - rather indicative of the approach and level of service from the staff. We noted all the awards but they were noticeably from a good number of years ago - very telling and not surprising. Overall, we felt that the accommodation was over priced at more than Euro 200 per night and is rather living on their past awards as they are certainly not deserving at this time.

Great location and indeed impressive Georgian frontage with a tasteful reception and lounge area. However, the quality pretty much ends there. Much of the interior is very faux and the reality you experience does not live up to the marketing pictures. The breakfast was dreadful, uninterested staff, got the order wrong, no pasteries and a fruit selection that was pitiful. Morning reception staff member was rude and gave a strong impression that all customers were an inconvenience. All in all, fine if you need a bed for the night but definitely don't over pay and this is no fine boutique hotel experience.

Bien situé à l'écart du centre ville mais avec un arrêt de bus à proximité la chambre était très petite. Chambre située côté rue et très très chaude (pas d'airco). Vu le bruit de la circulation il était impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Conseil : demander une chambre à l'arrière Salon près de la réception cosy. Point + la fontaine à eau et le café disponible 24/24 et le personnel très agréable et serviable
