Great position. Just far enough out to avoid late night noise but close enough to be part of it. Only gripe was no air conditioning. Room was boiling. Breakfast was very very good.

Staffs were friendly, location is great. As our room is near the lift, the only con would be the ‘slamming’ passage door from lift to rooms that causes quite a loud bang everytime someone opens it. But that’s an easy fix for the hotel. Overall still good hotel.

We paid for a room for 4 people (2 adults, 2 children) with breakfast through the Trip website. We only needed a location for the night. Upon arrival at the hotel, it turned out that the selected room (family room) was not available. The friendly receptionist Lorenzo offered us a room for two in which they stretched out a sofa. There was little space, but we were satisfied because we could not find another location. The parking garage is connected to the hotel. It costs €29 for 24 hours. The city center is about 10 minutes away on foot. The dining room is rather small, so we recommend an earlier breakfast. They offer a rich and delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff. Quiet environment. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Also for hop-on hop-off tours.

Except for the Irish home-style breakfast, it was the worst in every way. It seems like it has not stabilized yet since it was taken over from the previous operator.
The common areas do not feel clean, there are no basic water supplies, no refrigerator, and the facilities are lacking. The sink does not drain well and the shower head only gives cold water. The courtyard area is a container warehouse with no view at all. The staff is also not helpful.
If the price is similar, go somewhere else.

Great location, bar and service desk staff.
The stay was not pleasant, we had construction work on the room above ours starting from 8am until 6pm including Saturday and Sunday. The room is dated, the shower has no water pressure and the sink needs unplugging as the water takes ages to go down. We needed to extend our stay and opted to book another hotel nearby. The water pressure in the shower is a BIG NO NO nowadays. The carpet was old and stained. Hotel is listed as 4*, definitely a 3* with a push. Would not stay again.
