This really is an absolute gem of a hotel. We were given such a warm and friendly welcome. The hotel is spotless and beautifully decorated. Our room was a standard room but the furnishings and complementary goods gave it a luxury feel. The bed was super comfortable with soft linens and huge fluffy pillows. The hotel had thought of everything including umbrellas to borrow for the typical Irish weather. We were able to easily walk into the heart of Temple Bar. The breakfast served was unbelievably delicious and lots of it! All freshly cooked from a vast menu. This is a family run hotel and the personal flare really shows. Can’t wait to return!

My friend and I stayed here earlier this week. I have stayed before and will always come back. The rooms are beautiful, so comfortable and very clean. It is so central, but also private, you can stroll into the city easily. I just want to mention the staff, they are so helpful and kind, and very accommodating when I needed to make changes to our booking in the middle of the summer! A big thank you to Nihai and Gustavo for making our stay stress free and enjoyable, and to the girls at breakfast, it's always a lovely experience and Delia' food is delicious! ( I hope I have spelled your names correctly, I'm so sorry if not! ) I would highly recommend booking your stay here, I will be back! Thank you all K

First class property in a wonderfully convenient location. Impressed from the moment we arrive with a complimentary glass of Prosecco in the garden. Staff was exceptional and always went above & beyond. Couldn’t have had a better start to the day with the famous Delia’s breakfast.

We had the privilege of staying in the family room at Number 31, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The room itself was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved the thoughtful little touches — candles, pillow spray, plush towels, and cozy robes — that made the stay feel so special. Breakfast was another highlight. There was so much to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. It truly set us up for the day ahead. The service throughout our stay was above and beyond; the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The lounge area was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere, and the garden outside was peaceful and charming — the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet drink. We left feeling relaxed, well cared for, and eager to return. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Dublin!

We spent 2 wonderful nights at Number 31. The hotel is beautiful. Gorgeous rooms with interesting details make this a unique and memorable hotel stay. The staff is attentive and very helpful. We had an early flight and they not only helped us with transportation but made sure that we arrived at the airport having enjoyed one last breakfast by Delia. While she and her staff were prepping for the regular service that morning they made us feel welcome and extra cared for. The food is exceptional and yes, the cranberry loaf is that good. Out of the crush of the tourist, it was the prefect escape at the end of a day. We can't wait to return.

Luxury accommodations and the most excellent breakfast! We were treated to a bottle of prosecco and a tray of delicacies upon our arrival. Delia's breakfast did not disappoint--fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit, breads, and a selection of breakfast entrees--all of which were amazing. We would love to visit again!

What a nice hotel! We stayed for four days in a “Fabulous Double”. Very quiet, spacious and stylish room. Comfortable bed. Staff were uniformly helpful and friendly. Breakfast is outstanding: fresh bread, fruit and yoghurt, and choice of cooked food made to order. No fridge in the room, but we were able to store medications in the kitchen’s fridge. Hotel has four parking spots (opposite the front door), which we were able to use for three of our four nights. On the other, we parked in a spot on Fitzwilliam (free between 7pm and 7am). I would definitely stay there again.

Great boutique hotel with lovely helpful staff. Breakfast felt personal and more like a luxurious B&B. Lovely. Minor but important areas for improvement would be a fridge in the rooms and some form of personal touch. The beds were large but sagged in the middle, so a bit soft. We were there as a family and on leaving we met the manager who had parked blocking our car. He looked most unimpressed that he had to move his car. A smile would have been nice.
