Despite having paid for a double room two weeks in advance with PayPal, we had to wait an hour at reception because the hotel had not booked the money beforehand. It was a mild day and the temperature in the hotel lobby was over 35 degrees. Although it wasn't our fault and we had to wait that long, we were only given a blunt "sorry" and weren't even offered a glass of tap water, even though it was clear that we were extremely hot. Never again! The room wasn't cheap either.

New hotel with fresh renovation. Beautiful, safe. The area is also new, but a little away from the center, closer to the airport. It's a bit far to go to the city.

The hotel is a five-minute walk from the tram station and there are supermarkets nearby.
You can check in at 3 o'clock, but there is a serious lack of staff at the counter, so you can't check into the room until 3:30.
The room was big, but there was a problem with the socket and I got electrocuted! ! !
The room phone didn't work either, the reception was always busy.

Hotel reception doesn’t know how to checkin customers from Trip.com. Location and room are alright.

At the time of writing (Oct 24) this hotel was fairly new, therefore clean, everything worked and the staff keen. Food and drinks are the standard PI offering - I recommend that bar over the road for much better food, well priced and delicious, they also do a 'full Irish' breakfast on a Friday, with a veggie version for 10 euros.
