Helpful Servicecounter. Nice LUXURY room Airco worked perfectly. Clean room with hot water in short time. Good breakfast buffet with so friendly staff. High quality furniture as well. Especially the lobby is designed luxurious yet at the same time very tasteful. The lifeguard/host in the swimming pool area was super friendly and kind. We asked for silence no music at the pool. He instantly and in a very professional way responded and helped us with towels and other services in the most friendly way. I highly recommend a stay in this Hotel.

Amazing, upgraded room as it was my birthday. Very clean, food is lovely. Pictures are taken from video so not as clear however I was on the 48th floor with the city view. Great customer service. I would visit again!

My family stay with JW Mariott Marquis Dubai was amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is busy but yet everything was on point. They refreshed our room for the evening which is pretty standard for good hotels, but still something that's appreciated. It's pretty near Dubai Mall. Would definitely consider staying at the hotel again if we visit Dubai.

The location is easy to get around everywhere. At check-in, I wanted to book a spa appointment, but was told to go directly to the spa to book it myself. And I made a reservation in person, but it was not reserved on the day of the event. Why? It is a chain hotel, safe and secure. They are just handling the guests.

Very nice hotel, the only thing I faced is I called room service 3 times to request for a dental kit on the third time received maybe as It was night time they didn't bring it as the third time I requested was in the morning. If your a light sleeper or can sleep if there is minimum sound as there is a disco or bar at the hotel.

Super-duper location with metro that is 1 minute away from hotel. Super service and staff, so kind and client centric. Many features, included nice breakfast with a lot of various and tasty food. Had 2 swimming pools for both parts of a day. Also the gym to keep your body up. Good looking view from room windows and hotel itself also looking good.

The location is 40 kilometers away from the center of Dubai. It is very quiet and suitable for vacation. The beautiful lady at the front desk serves attentively and professionally. The view from the room is OK, you can see the Burj Khalifa, it feels like a business hotel, the swimming pool is too small. The service is average, there is no check-in drink and welcome fruit. The front desk service is cold. The doorman on the first floor is still very enthusiastic, he takes the initiative to provide services and greet. The services that should be in the room will not be provided proactively unless you call to request. The good night service is not attentive, it is obvious that two people are staying, but the good night service is only provided for one person, I don't understand. It is not up to the standard of Waldorf Astoria. Maybe in a city like Dubai, a hotel like Waldorf Astoria is only at the economic level.
