Dubai Jebel Ali Village Hotels

Ideally located 300m from ibn battuta metro station and with a direct link into the mall from the hotel. Reasonably priced considering location, I have just moved back to Dubai and I needed a room where I can easily work, grab lunch near by and get around easily. The mall is self sufficient, anything you can dream of is available there, including banking, printing services, photo studios, and phone companies, there’s even a huge supermarket near the food court but on the other side, a 15 min walk in well air conditioned and pleasant surroundings.

Very good hotel, clean, and beautiful decor. The facilities like swimming pool and gymnasium are pretty good. Breakfast is good and has a lot of varieties yet a bit expensive. The hotel has free parking and it's quiet. The location is a bit far from ge city. Staff are really nice and accommodating

Amazing stay. Despite being at the outskirts of Dubai, it has a really good connection to the city centre as well as airport by metro. The mall next door is authentic and impressive. The team did their best to ensure we had the best experience, including decorating the room for our anniversary, early check-in, late check out, and keeping our luggage while we explored Dubai.

I spent one night at 5* Hotel, Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate, Dubai, formerly a Movenpick hotel. It is located in Jabal Ali area, next to the iconic Ibn Battuta Mall, and about 15-20 minutes drive to Dubai Marina. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are large and beautifully designed. The beds are large and comfortable. It boasts a large pool that overlooks Dubai Marina. There are plenty of comfy sunbeds in the pool area. There is a large gym, too. The staff are very accommodating and helpful, especially the guys at the pool, Ashen (lifegurad) and Mr Hasun. However, the Sri Lankan lady at the reception was a bit tough with us when I asked why there was no welcome drink. Just when her colleague was about to offer us the welcome drink, she whispered something to him which made him change his mind, and he offered water instead. I have been to many countries and was treated much better at the reception. I was really embarrassed!!! We enjoyed breakfast at Mistral restaurant and food was copious and varied. Nevertheless, the egg benedict was below expectations and there was no bacon. I would definitely return to Oaks hotel and recommend it to my friends.

Friendly staff, great breakfast options, gives a very Swedish infra look! For someone who wants a staycation not for traveling purposes this is a great recc, for someone who’d like to travel a lot more can avoid staying here. The pictures on their website is absolutely what it actually is.

ITS A GOOD HOTEL APPT BUT I DID NOT THINK IT WAS VALUE FOR MONEY AS I HAD TO PAY WHAT I WOULD HAVE PAID FOR A GOOD 4 STAR HOTEL DUE TO UNAVALABILTY OF HOTELS .ALSO TAXIS ARE NOT EASY TO GET FROM THIS LOCATION EVEM CALLING A CAREEM IS A PROCESS AS YOU NEED TO WAIT FOR UPTO 20-25 MINUTRS BEFORE A TAXI ARRIVES . POSITIVES ARE THAT GREAT FOOD OPTIONS ALL AROUND THE HOTEL APPT

There are small supermarkets and some apartment buildings in the surrounding area. There are shopping malls around 2 kilometers, which is convenient.
