I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ibis Styles Hotel, and it was an experience I won't soon forget. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The hotel itself is stylish, modern, and comfortable, offering a vibrant atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The real standout, however, was the reception staff. Miruthula, in particular, went above and beyond to make my stay special. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made check-in a breeze, and she took the time to ensure that all my needs were met. She was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the local area, offering great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. Her genuine care for guests is something rare to find and made a huge difference in my experience. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch, and the rooms were spacious and clean, with a stylish yet cozy decor that made for a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. I truly felt like a valued guest throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Ibis Styles Hotel for anyone visiting the area. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the hotel manager, Victoria, and her team at the reception for treating me like family and a friend. I am also grateful to the housekeeping staff for always keeping my room spotless and comfortable. A special thanks to the valet staff and the breakfast restaurant manager, along with all the kind employees there, for their exceptional service. I apologize for the late review, but I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for their kindness and warmth. The cleaning staff is really friendly, and everything is always spotless — big plus for that! However, I was honestly a bit shocked by how noisy it gets in the mornings. I often came back late from work, and almost every morning I was woken up by banging noises, like some kind of renovation or maintenance was going on. It was quite disturbing and made it hard to get enough rest. Overall, it’s a good hotel and you can definitely stay here, but the service could be improved, especially when it comes to noise. In general, not bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

It was nice stay in this hotel . Everyone here so helpful and kind . Specially i would like to mention Preeti she is really nice lady . Her interpersonal skills amazing and she is so welcoming. Thank you so much for the great hospitality.

Very good hotel with all amenities and good 👍 staff very friendly receptionists. Restaurant food in hotel very tasty 😋 and not too much expensive, swimming pool on the rooftop is very good and big and clean water

Very nice to see the Iron Butterfly 🦋 of Thailand in the heart of Dubai, the Hotel lives up to the ambitions of the late Than-Phu-Ying Chanut Piyaoui Mr. Goban from room service and the rest of the Multi-National staff are brilliant. The building was designed to fit in with the elegant modern skyline of Dubai, but once you are inside, the colors and lighting are comfortable. It feels like a nice place in the East...the Far East
