When arriving in Dubai for the first time, it is not recommended for those in the right industry to choose to live in this area. It has nothing to do with the hotel, so be careful when entering this area. Of course, Ctrip is still very reliable, but this part of Dubai is relatively notorious only for Chinese people. I feel that the Chinese people living there are not serious people.

I stayed in this hotel for 7 days. All the staff were very helpful and co operative Rooms were clean Only problem I found was in bathroom , floor remained quiet wet as the water couldn’t pass through In room number 113 Rest all was good

This hostel is easily accessible from the metro station and bus station. Cleanliness is maintained. It's a budget friendly hostel. Good for tourists and travellers on short business trips, as you can save money and stay in a budget , while also live in a clean and tidy place .

Very good staff! it's value for money. It's at a central place and bus station and metro are at a walking distance. Clean and well maintained i would definitely recommend zain east especially for travellers who are budget conscious.

Very nice to see the Iron Butterfly 🦋 of Thailand in the heart of Dubai, the Hotel lives up to the ambitions of the late Than-Phu-Ying Chanut Piyaoui Mr. Goban from room service and the rest of the Multi-National staff are brilliant. The building was designed to fit in with the elegant modern skyline of Dubai, but once you are inside, the colors and lighting are comfortable. It feels like a nice place in the East...the Far East

It’s our best stay in Dubai. To be honest it’s a great hotel, great location and staff super kind and nice from receptionist to restaurant waiter, specially Sudip our housekeeper is always kept our room clean and fresh. I definitely recommend to someone who wants to visit Dubai to stay with this hotel. .

My wife and I stayed at the Shangri-La Hotel in Dubai on March 31, 2024. Our first impression was already very satisfactory. The hotel lobby is spacious, bright and elegantly decorated! All employees' service attitude is polite, sincere and attentive! The biggest surprise was that they upgraded the ordinary room we booked to a deluxe VIP room. Although it was only about 11 a.m., they led us to the leisure room on the 41st floor to enjoy refreshments, and immediately assigned us to a hotel room on the 40th floor. VIP room for We rested, very considerate! In addition, we also tried the famous Vietnamese restaurant in the hotel. The food is not only diverse, but also delicious and attractive in appearance! In summary, during the three days and two nights I stayed in the hotel, I felt 100% at home, even a little surprised! Ha ha!
